History

Established in 2009.

Nelson Blair Langer Engle is one of the nation’s leading law firms specializing in traumatic brain injuries and the long-​term affects of Second Impact Syndrome. NBLE was instrumental in getting the Lystedt Law passed — a law created to help prevent youth sports-​related brain injuries. The law was initially implemented in Washington State, and has become the guideline used to create similar laws — now implemented in all 50 states. NBLE has also been instrumental in successfully changing state regulations related to disability and health insurance policies, helping to provide better care not only for their clients but for people throughout the state of Washington and beyond.
