Our coffee bar in downtown Seattle, located inside of Chrome Industries, is known for it’s diverse coffee options, with new specialty coffees in fresh each week from renown Roasters from all over the states and Canada.

Meet the Manager

Kelse K.

Manager

I’m great at making coffee and so is my incredible Team of Baristas. We have focus, joy and awareness in the continual emergence of individuality present in coffee varietals and methodologies of roasting and brewing.

Personally, I have been preparing, analyzing and pioneering trends in the specialty coffee industry since 2005 when my college micro-​roaster peaked my interest in the diversity of coffee. While obtaining my degree in Biomedical Science, I also began my quest for knowledge and skills as a Barista. After I finished school, I moved to Seattle to forge a career path in retail coffee.

After competing in a World Siphon Competition and opening shops/​roasteries in SEA, NYC & LA, I sought out work with Motofish Coffee to build a whole new kind of coffee business with a fun, unique vision.

Brewed coffee will always demonstate a constant flux and impermanence in each cup. Motofish celebrates the uniqueness, individuality and wabi sabi of coffe
