Miri’s Poffers is fully service catering company, serving the Greater Seattle Area. We specialize in creating menus and food experiences that are specific to your vision, and dietary needs. We are excited by creating food that excites our clients! We like to bring new life to old school flavors, and we make everything – literally everything from our stocks to our pastry dough from scratch, with as many local, organic, and seasonal product as possible.

We also operate a food vending booth at the Broadway Farmers Market. We serve mini Dutch Pancakes called «Poffers» with scrumptious, Northwest sweet and savory toppings. We are happy to cater your event with our Pancakes OR with a more classic catering menu… or BOTH!

History

Established in 2014.

Miri is not a professional chef. She is a person, who started to cook at a young age, that likes to cook for other people. She loves to engage with people over good food. To wants bring people together around a fabulous meal, and share in the joy of excellent cuisine. She enjoys being hostess just as much as she loves spending 10 hours in the kitchen to create a well balanced, nourishing meal.

Miri is not a professional chef. She is a person, who learned to cook at young age, and who has always loved to cook for her friends and family.

Gabe is the Pro. He keeps his kitchen tidy, his mis en place, and his ducks all in a row. Together, when we cater we bring both the heart of cooking a meal for our friends, careful curation, and the professionalism of seasoned chefs.

Each time we are asked to create a menu we take the time to create a meal that fits with our clients vision as oppose to a standardized and formulaic meal. We cater to you.

We also vend Mini Dutch Pancakes year round at the Capitol Hill Farmers Markets on Broadway and Pine. Thank you for stopping by!
