History

Established in 2009.

The Middle Fork Roasters story began with a couple of friends with a passion for great coffee. Besides creating flavorful and delicious roasts, they are strongly committed to sustainability and dedicated to building and serving their community. What makes Middle Fork Roasters truly special is their interpersonal involvement with their customers and their desire to share their journey with anyone interested in a good cup. Although named for the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River, where owner Matt Parrish and his friends love to go enjoy the outdoors, they roast the coffee here in Seattle, in our backyard.

After several years of managing and roasting for a successful coffee shot, Matt Parrish decided to break away and start his own company.
