Bought a body spray that smells amazing, but the salesperson mislead me into thinking it would actually continue to smell amazing for more than 5 minutes, at which point the scent wore off entirely. When I went to return it, I was told that because the product was«open» they could not accept the return. Open? There was no seal to begin with, and I used it for only one day… it was about 99.5% full and could have been easily resold. The salesperson wasn’t exactly mean about it but wasn’t exactly helpful either. Done with you, Melvita.

Came here with a friend and two of the three staff there were clearly in training. I was not planning on staying so just browsed around. One staff came to me and asked if I have heard of their products. I said no since am only here with my friend. She was very friendly and gave me some free samples and said if I come again(my friend and I were in a rush) she would give me a complete tour. My friend said that the staff there are always friendly and they always give her lots of free products. I like the location and the store is very neat. 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I will definitely come back and try some products.

I spend a great deal of time in France and have been bringing Melvita products home with me for years. They are fabulous! I have written to the company numerous times about distributing in America and I talked to my food Co-Op to see if they could bring them in. On Friday miracles of miracles I was in Pacific Place, somewhere I generally avoid, and there is was, shining like a beacon of French warmth. Do try their products. The prices are competitive with places like the Body Shop and Whole Foods, the staff is very knowledgeable(the manager is from Strasbourg and he is hot btw) and they have lovely samples.

Oh now I am a girl that loves French imported skincare products! Melvita is just the place for those kinds of treats. –its all organic or plant based –good quality(which means your going to pay) –plenty of pretty smelling goodies, such as honey and candies. i walked in on a afternoon into the bright lit open space. All the shelves had tons of lovely products for every sort of skin ailment there is. All with pretty packaging of course! What I loved the most was not the products but the honey candies that I sampled more than once. Soooo good and creamy! I had never had honey like that before. It melted into my mouth. Most of the products I deemed to be overpriced and undersized. I saw plenty of oils that I could easily pick up in liter bottles at Whole Foods for less. if your wanting a special cream or perhaps moisturizer this place would be a good bet, otherwise you’ll save more at the health food store. The honey candies can’t be beat!
