I’m not getting any younger — and part of my goals this year is to finish tying up any loose ends before I am no longer able to do so. At the suggestion of one of my closest advisers, I met up with Dean Sargent of MSO Law to look at the legal creation of a Simple Will and start my basic Estate Planning.
Working with Dean was pretty easy — and he answered all of my questions with as much or as little detail as I wanted. Given that what I wanted to happen to my estate is rather simple — it didn’t take long before I had all of the various documents I needed and now I know that my estate will be taken care of with the last of my wishes. It was a rather simple matter of filling out survey paperwork, and a couple hours’ worth of face-​to-​face meetings, and a couple of email exchanges. After that’s all said and done — paperwork is finished!
