Susan McGuire did a great job preparing my tax return. I won’t go anywhere else. I had heard about her from coworkers because we all have complicated stock options, restricted stock units etc. She explained how they work. I even understood. I am confident that she will do a great job for you as well.

So I’m not one to write reviews, but I feel the need that the service and delivered outcome, and product was above and beyond what I could have ever expected! From the get go I was put in a professional, caring and authentic atmosphere which was more than welcoming. After discussing taxes with one of the accountants I felt confident that they understood what I was going for. To my surprise…, they exceeded my expectations and outcome more than I could ever imagine. I highly recommend McGuire, Heckman and Associates! They are the real deal!

I have been using some permutation of this group for at least 20 years (starting with Bob McGuire), and have never had a problem. They answer all of my (mostly ignorant) questions promptly and with much patience. (I can’t say I return the favor … uh, duh, what form?) I trust them completely and will never use anyone else.

Me and my wife have each done our taxes on our own the past several years. This last year our tax situation was a mess! Between getting married, a small business, going through layoffs, and getting overdue unpaid wages from another state, we were very fearful of going through the process, so we reached out for help. Despite us not reaching out until near the end of March, they took care of us! Sue answered all our questions and was great to work with. Their cost is very reasonable, and it was just a shade over what we’ve paid in the past using online software, and we didn’t have to spend hours second guessing if we have filled it out correctly! We’ll definitely be back.

I was really impressed with his answers to my questions, his turnaround time, and ability to meet and come under his estimated price in handling my business and personal taxes. His rate is very reasonable for the level of services he provides — not just personal taxes, but business as well. Great service for a small business like mine. Could not ask for a better experience.
So I love this place! Heckman & Associates have done my last few years of taxes and I could not ask for more. They are extremely thorough and professional and yet I feel very reasonable in cost.
Honestly my wife and I will be a customer forever.
