Our staff is made up of master builders with no less than 15 to 30 years in the business. They each come for several generations of builders. This is our niche, old world craftsmanship.

Established in 2014.

Although our brand is newer our staff is not. Our master builders are from generations of builders and do «old world» craftsmanship”. This is our niche, to hire those in the business with 15 – 30 years experience. In a world of particle board and injection molding wouldn’t you prefer a Master Crafter?

I’ve spent my entire career in the operations of home remodeling. My family are all trades man from my father to my youngest sibling. I guess you can say its in our blood.

Roy was instrumental in helping me to get my botched roof job from Home Depot all fixed and all the damage repaired from the roof leaking caused by Home Depot. Roy was GREAT and did an EXCELLENT job on the repairs. He was prompt in responding and went over and above helping me when Home Depot wouldn’t initially respond. I couldn’t recommend a better Contractor. You can’t go wrong with Master Crafters. I would never want to use anyone else!

HORRIBLE WORK, SCAM ARTIST, CROOK!!!
I have nothing good to say about this guy. He over charged me by a large amount of money. Left all demo materials on my property– yet I paid for him to remove this!!! also didn’t complete several other things on my estimate, yet i still paid for it.
He has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. BEWARE!!!
Dont get screwed over like I did.

Finally able to accurately update my review (update #4).
The long and short of this company — the owner is a complete and total FRAUD. Roy Dean does not know a thing about building, and relies on other contractors to actually do the remodel or building. He often screws up the bidding process and has left jobs hanging because he doesn’t know what he is doing.
To make matters WORSE — Roy Dean has THREE felony convictions against him, one for burglary and one for grand theft auto. In addition, this guy is so severely deranged in his business practice, he hit on me repeatedly during the construction and would not give up no matter what I said. He has stolen money from customers, failed to pay contractors and lied at every step of the way.
AVOID ROY DEAN!

Feel free to contact me directly, I can show you pictures of the before and after of my house and the awesome job he did. He was the only reason I had anything positive to say about Master Crafters and I’m very excited he is finally away from the con artist that is the owner.
