Prior to establishing the business in 1996, Jo-​Ann Kelly, the principal, held the positions of Senior Vice President and Director of Merchandising with Bank of America and Vice President of Marketing Communications for Seafirst Bank where she was responsible for changing the face of Seafirst. Previous experiences included Director of Marketing for a 900-​unit fast food chain as well as other retail businesses. Ms. Kelly has an educational

with a BA in Clothing, Textiles and Interior Design.
