Established in 2008.

With a lifelong interest in electronics, the founder of Magnolia Tech Support (MTS) began the business in 2008. Starting out building and fixing computers for for friends and neighbors, MTS has grown over the years assisting individuals and small businesses in the various neighborhoods of Seattle. From Magnolia to Shoreline, MTS has come to be known as a model for fast, affordable and personalized tech support which everyone deserves. In an age where technology plays a vital role in our daily lives, it’s good to know someone who will answer your call and treat your tech problems as his own.

I was having trouble with WiFi connectivity on my new Google phone. I had a friend who is a programmer for Google take a look at it. Made some changes with the settings on the phone but still had problems! Hugh took a look at it and noticed the Sim card wasn’t LTE enabled. Got a new Sim card, no more issues with connectivity. Thank you Magnolia Tech Support!

Hugh and his team his team have helped us multiple times over the past couple years. My husband and I have about 6 computers between out two small businesses and Hugh has worked on them for various reasons. My husband knows how to do much of this work himself, but Hugh is so fast, so accommodating and so reasonably priced, it often just makes more sense to have him do the work. We are so grateful to have someone so trustworthy to work on our computers!

Just had my second interaction with magnolia tech support and was blown away again by the efficiency and turn around speed of fixing my problem. My computer has been overheating and shutting off erratically. Hugh was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He is my ninja of all things computer. Thank you Hugh!

Hugh is a miracle worker! Some evil virus got on my laptop and when I called Hugh, he returned my call wihin an hour and returned my computer virus-​free and fully restored in less than 24 hours. All for about $ 100! I highly recommend Hugh and Magnolia Tech Support for any computer challenges you are having.

One of our computers at work needed a new fan so we contacted Magnolia Tech Support and Hugh came to our business within a few days. He stopped by to check out the computer and then ordered the part. When he came back, he installed it and also helped us with our internet service. He was quick, efficient and professional. We would certainly use Magnolia Tech Support again.

Great service from day one! Were able to tell me the exact problem that my computer had and was able to fix in within days. Very fast turnaround. My CPU was infected badly but now it is running as fast as when I first bought it. This service is definitely reliable and has excellent customer service. Will recommend to anyone who has any type of techincal/​computer issues.

I called this afternoon (Saturday) from the SF Bay Area because my daughter, who is a Junior at SPU, was having problems with her Mac and could not get on the wifi at the house she was renting. Hugh called me back within minutes and said he could go check it out this evening. Hugh arrived right on time and was very polite. He fixed the problem in a timely manor and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use Magnolia Tech Support again and recommend them to others!
