Great jeweler. Leo is friendly, skilled, and professional. He worked with me to design a custom engagement ring long ago. I’ve been back multiple times over the past 15 years and am continually impressed by the store.

Leo and Anne and their staff are WONDERFUL! They have a lovely assortment of jewelry, gifts and cards too!
I can only say good things about the way they run their business! Whether it’s a repair or a purchase, they treat you as a special customer. Madison Park is lucky to have this local

I had a horrible experience at the Madison Park Jewelers. Many people in the neighborhood love and trust this business, but I will never go there again. We took a diamond to be placed in a different ring 8+ months ago. I did not take pictures before we left the diamond there. I then picked up the ring and proposed with it. Then went back to have it placed in a smaller band to fit her hand.
A person in the jeweler profession looked at the ring before and after the ring was brought back for resizing the 2^nd time. Upon arrival she noticed cracks/​blemishes, so did my fiancé…
Talk about turning a joyous occasion into a very negative environment, especially for me since I had taken the ring to the flaky jeweler.
Madison Park Jewelers had appraised the diamond for $ 7000 for insurance purposes. Once I brought the diamond back and questioned the owner over the new cracks in the diamond he reappraised it for $ 5500.
I couldn’t prove the cracks were not there before because I hadn’t taken pictures or gone over it with the owner of MP Jewelers, but the owner sure couldn’t prove he was not responsible. Wtf
This brought me a lot of stress and grief and additional costs. The proposal process turned sour very quick having a diamond with new cracks not seen before and a questionable resizing done by the Madison Park Jewelers. I felt like he did a horrible job on resizing the ring. Also changing his estimated value by $ 1500+ once blemishes were pointed out. Did he not see them before?
He took no responsibility and wanted to charge me more money for what looked like his mistake. Unfortunately for such an important item such as an engagement ring I will forever hate the Madison Park Jewelers. I wish I never brought the ring there.

My husband and I took our wedding bands to Madison Park Jewelers for resizing, and the results were wonderful. Excellent work, friendly service, less expensive than other jewelers, and completed on time. Great to find this local business and will go back in future.

I took my engagement ring and wedding bands in to have appraised for insurance purposes. I took my ring in on Thursday evening and Ann let me know she would be out until Tuesday so it would be a few days until I got my ring back. I think she saw the sad look on my face that I would have to part ways with my ring. I am newly engaged and just love my ring. Instead of having me wait, she decided to take care of the appraisal right then and there to accommodate me. I was so surprised that she was willing to do this for me, as she was busy working on other pieces of jewelry. I am SO grateful that she was flexible and happy to help me. Also, compared to other jewelers around, their appraisal price is very reasonable. I will always come back to Madison Park Jewelers when I have a repair or appraisal need.

Nice little jewelry shop in mAdison park. Very friendly and I enjoy dealing with local merchants for my business.
They may not have what you want but at least give these people first crack at your business.

Their jewelry hits many price points, from accessible to investment.
Madison Park Jewelers also has a selection of gifts (wallets, stationery, etc) in fun, upbeat colors I don’t see many other places.
Wonderful selection, top-​notch gemstone expertise, excellent repairs and engraving, kind staff. Everything you’d want.

This is what we all need so much – the neighborhood jeweler. My family and I have been going here for years. Leo and his family are some of the nicest people around, and do whatever it takes to make sure you leave satisfied with your experience. Their generosity to the community is only surpassed by their quality of service.

Great little jeweler! I brought my watch in for an assessment and to buy a watch band for another watch. The staff is friendly and very very knowledgable. Expert expertise and they are not afraid to share some helpful tips with you. They cleaned my Rolex for free and changed out a buckle on a watch band that I bought from them. They have also replaced one of my watch batteries before and did a beautiful job-​they check for things (maintenance) when they change the battery. Very honest and high quality place to do business!
