M3 Started out as a single practitioner sharing a single room with 2 other therapists. In 2005 a clinic space opened up and the clinic was born. We have over 17 providers and 4 treatment rooms. We are open 10 AM — 10 PM. Online Scheduling is available 24⁄7. We guarantee a hour is a hour.

The goal of M3 is to create affordable massage with quality therapists. I personally have had massages from everyone in the clinic as well as continue to receive massages from them periodically. We are always looking for other therapist to join our group to offer quality massages and more therapeutic modalities.

M3 has grown over the past 7 years we’ve been a clinic. It’s not just about me as a single therapist, but the group of therapist that are here to help you with your issues.

Massage, Movement, Medical is what M3 is all about now. It’s our therapist that make M3 what it is today. When I was in a car accident my physical therapist referred me to M3. I am impressed by their logistics, the quality of massage therapists and the way they handle my medical claims. I’ve never experienced any clinic like this one. when I come in for my visit, i sit down with my therapist and talk about my current status. The therapist takes copious notes and progress is documented accordingly. I highly recommend M3.

I have a few chronic conditions so I’ve been to M3 quite a few times. I’ve tried several different therapists and my top three are Jeremy, Michael (owner) and Cameron.
All the therapists seem highly professional and I can tell they really want to heal their clients rather than just treat them. They sit with you and get good input before they start massaging. Afterward they ask for feedback and give you after treatment, stretching suggestions, ergonomic advice, etc. They have online booking which is a big plus for me. There is a wide variety of massage methods practiced here so make sure you choose a therapist who’s methods will be beneficial to you.
After finding what works best for me, I will now choose Jeremy when given a choice. It’s obvious that he has been doing this a long time and really understands the mechanics of the human body. He treats the root of the problem as well as the symptoms and always has great advice on the mechanical aspects of the body.
Note: They have no appointment cancellation policy which can either be good or bad as this applies to the therapists as well. I’ve had a number of cancelled appointments, sometimes without any advanced notice.

It is so difficult to find a massage when you need it for an acute issue – in my case, neck pain and the attendant headache. I got a referral to M3 Bodyworks from a friend.
I was able to get a same day, 60-​minute massage with Tom Yang. He was extremely responsive and professional, and he understood a lot of different massage modalities and therapeutic techniques. He was quickly able to discover and treat the source of my pain, and he communicated with me constantly to make sure, as a patient new to him, that he was using the right pressure, etc.
A fantastic experience. I will definitely come here again.

I’ve come for two months for postpartum massage. Meredith is amazing! I sprained some ligaments in my back during labor and with the awkward lifting involved with a new baby, there was a point where I didn’t think I could even pick up my son. Now I’m pain-​free and am much more aware of my body, my posture, and how I lift things.
It’s also super easy to schedule an appointment that works with your schedule as they’re open 7 days a week from 10 am — 10 pm. Additionally you can book your appointments online which is convenient.

I got to m3 Bodyworks for the following reasons…
1. You cannot beat their package prices. I don’t have insurance that covers massage and this is definitely affordable. i buy the 10-​pack (60 minute massages).
2. It’s close to my house and they have online booking and are very flexible with cancellations (I work an on-​call job and they have been really cool when I’ve had to cancel last minute).
I see Christian Jacobsen @ m3 for the following reasons…
1. I have had many massage therapists over the past few years and nobody beats Christian Jacobsen. He is the absolute best. I was nervous the first time I saw him b/​c I had never been massaged by a male masseuse but he was extremely professional and I felt completely safe.
2. I had been having some significant back pain for about 6 years. And last May (2011) my chiropractor AND my physical therapist told me there was nothing else they could do for me. In desperation, I showed up at m3 and found Christian. He was willing to work with me and help me trouble-​shoot my problems with my back. I’m still seeing him 15 months later and my back has never been better.

Hey! Where’s Denise? She was the best; why I frequented this massage clinic. I miss her. Actually, the other therapists I’ve seen were very good at the deep tissue work but all have left. There seems to be a bit of turn over here. Overall, I’d rate the quality of the body work +++. I’d rate it 5 star if I could have a regular go at this clinic but it will have to settle for three.

I opted for the 1.5 hour massage special for $ 75 when you see a new therapist. Well, Jeff may be new to M3 but he is certainly not green. He was attentive, knowledgable, responsive and an Amazing masseuse. I am almost tempted to say its the best rub-​down I’ve ever received — and I am a seasoned receiver :)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out the new therapist special with Jeff. Your body will kiss your feet!

Sharmine Soimis. I asked her to fix me. She did. I’m admittedly sore (from a massage… go figure), and she was unbelievable. This is the third service location that I’ve visited in Seattle, and I’m done looking. Sharmine. Amazing. One visit (last week), and two of my chronic pain spots and tendencies are gone. Amazing.
Unravel, in Magnolia, carried a chippy attitude at the front desk. Yuck. Not the type you want to deal with for a therapeutic experience. The other was just poor. The building at M3 wasn’t the most fancy, but I have no complaints. The service more than made up for what it lacked in frills.
I’m going back… much sooner than I thought I would want to.

Hands down– pun intended– best massage I’ve ever experienced, thanks to Denise Nelsen.
I gather all stress in my middle and upper back, and she did what most therapists don’t: made a difference without making feel like I’ve been in a car accident the next day. I recognize that it takes several sessions to really ‘dig deep’, but for first appointment right out of the gate, Denise rocked it, and I would recommend her to anyone.
If only I wasn’t leaving the state in two weeks…

I have to say they could have been more welcoming– I felt as though they (Josie) thought I shouldn’t be there. At the beginning I mentioned the kind of massage I wanted/​needed and instead simply got poked-​hard! My lower back still is burning. Josie just seemed a little put out and as I mentioned before-​not welcoming. Also, I did not get the full 60 min massage. I will not be back.

I finally decided to treat myself to a massage because I was wayyyy overdue. I picked M3 because they are close to my house and I’ve walked past numerous times. They also have online booking. I booked my massage with Stephanie. When I came in I filled out a questionnaire of course then Stephanie took me into her studio. She asked me why I came in and if I had any chronic areas. I told her I didn’t really have any recurring issues, except for the fact that I sit a desk all day and my posture isn’t the best all the time. She asked if I preferred heavier or lighter pressure which I appreciated. I figure that since I hardly ever get massages bring on the pressure and get out the knots.
The massage was a full 90 minutes long. I could tell that Stephanie was giving my shoulder area a little extra attention, she even asked if I would like more pressure after she started (yes please).
The massage was super relaxing to say the least. My shoulders feel amazing. I guess I didn’t realize how messed up they were. I will be returning whenever my pocketbook will allow.

Time has passed, some therapists have moved on, others have stayed. I’ve now tried a total of 4 of the folks working at this studio and have yet to be disappointed. I love love love the fact that they actually read the notes from previous massages and check in on what is bugging me most before we get started. No two have had exactly the same style of massage and that has turned out to be a very good thing for keeping the knots and aches at bay. Highly recommend!

Great people, friendly, good rates, professional. Nothing fancy going on here — comfortable but not lavish facility. I am giving this place 5 stars but sadly, the one therapist I saw there (Audrea) is now leaving, so I will have to make my way with someone new. It’s a shame — she gave me the hardest deep tissue massage I’ve ever had (that’s a good thing). I’ll be back for someone new and will amend the review then.
