I’m so perplexed about the negative reviews. Wow! Dr. Ludlam saved my life! I can not say enough good things about him! I went undiagnosed for over 7 years before I found him! He looked outside the box, relentlessly worked on my perplexed issues, was kind, caring, and literally worked miracles! I’m so thankful to have found this great doctor. Thank you!

Agree with Kali J, completely. For me he was very attentive, calling me frequently, to convince me I needed surgery. Once I signed up I never saw or heard from him again. Never showed up after surgery or another appt. When I asked about stats of the surgery, or possible side effects he irrationally threatened to not allow me to do the surgery w/Dr.Marc Mayberg(who is fantastic). Instead of answering these ?‘s he told me «you don’t get it!!» Furthermore the staff never informed me of the possible side effects, which I got following surgery. And seemed not aware that one of my major symptoms was a sign of the disease(it was never even mentioned in their notes/reports!?) The surgeon mentioned it in passing during a follow up. Dr. Ludlam also initially called to tell me that he wouldn’t treat me if I was going to continue and see my endocrinologist, as apparently he did not like him. Super unethical. I should have heeded those warning signs, but was so desperate for a cure to my long suffered illness. Things got weirder after that. I have been passed between different ARNP’s since then, so neither knows what is going on. The office is also extremely poor at returning phone calls/emails after they’ve gotten you to sign up for surgery. Then weirder, as they request tests/referrals/prescriptions, they ask that you contact your PCP for those. Puts your PCP in a very awkward position, as they aren’t the referring physician. I have alot of doc friends who thought this was extremely bizarre, if not unethical. Best of luck if you decide to be treated by Dr.Ludlam. After reading Kali J’s review, I don’t think I am an isolated incident.
