History

Established in 1991.

I entered private practice in Seattle in 1991 after many years of formal training in Medical School, General Surgery Residency and Plastic Surgery residency. In my early years of practice, I did a huge variety of procedures both cosmetic and reconstructive. On any given day I could be found doing a breast implant case in my office in the morning, caring for a patient with a chronic open wound in the hospital and then ending my work day by sewing up a dog bite victim in the emergency room.

Over the years, I became more interested in cosmetic surgery and now devote about 95% of my practice to that branch of plastic surgery. I find doing cosmetic cases as challenging, varied and rewarding as reconstructive cases.

In February of 2014, I moved my office into a brand new space with a state-​of-​the art in-​office outpatient surgery center. I am truly living the plastic surgery private practice dream.
