Lash Addict

The person (owner Susie) scheduled to apply my lashes was not warm or patient. Knew I was new to the procedure but quickly taped my eyes shut and then wouldn’t let me see what options I had or the product being applied. Her response was that she «didn’t know how that would help me know how they would look on my face». I explained that I used Ardell falsies, so I would have some sense. Told me that she «didn’t know what that was». I got shut down on almost every question with an «I don’t know how to answer that». So I told her that if she couldn’t untape one eye so I could quickly see the product — I wouldn’t be able to do the procedure. And that was enough for her to ask me to leave. Not allowed to reschedule with another tech. No further discussion. Just asked to leave. Goodness. Not a good business practice. Happy I didn’t force myself through an uncomfortable experience for the sake of getting through it.

Was so pleased with my lash fill at lash Addict! The location is nice also because there is a lot of street parking. I felt comfortable and relaxed while getting my lashes done. Suzie was friendly and professional and the staff who checked me in was also. I especially liked that I received a reminder txt after I booked my appt. The best part is that I’ve received so many compliments on my lashes!

I called to inform them I was going to be 15min late in an brand new city where I haven’t used Über but twice. Once I was aggressively denied my session, I wasn’t looking for anything other than an empathetic email and a reschedule. A normal customer service response. I work in healthcare– I understand both policy and customer service (both of which I was denied). What I did receive was an email from the owner, sugarcoated with a poorly executed response and filled with grammatical errors. I am a very faithful client who often chooses customer service over all else and spreads the word… A simple «Lets get you in as soon as possible» would have sufficed.

It is stated in our Groupon as well as our store policy that if you are a new client, you must come in early than your appointment time. There is a form that needs to be filled out prior. You would have been way late to your appointment.
Our work is based on time. We need every minute of the appointment to be able to finish our work. Doesn’t seem that you are very understanding of that. Our store policy states that if you are late to your appointment, you will be charged as a last minute cancellation 50% of your booked service or up to the value of your purchased Groupon.
For every appointment that is service base, it is important for new client to understand that we are lash stylists. We need time to make sure our work can be thoroughly finished. Our staff do not have „bad service“, they are only following store policy.»

Lashes look okay. Overall good experience, nice people, good prices. But lashes look really thin with not enough of them applied. I have to wear mascara otherwise it looks really sparse, almost like I got the lashes done weeks ago and most had fallen out. The inner portion of one of my eyes in particular looks like this.

You will not be disappointed with your lashes if you go here. If you ever have any issues with your lashes then let them know and they will make them perfect. Suzie, the owner, is super sweet and great at her job. The name of this place definitely suits it. I would highly recommend this place to people who have never gotten their lashes done before because you can truly trust them!
