Well, I attempted to call in a pick up order. Called the phone number listed for them. No person ever answered the phone, just a phone recorder after about a dozen rings, or even better… the fax machine!!! After about 4 tries, I called Broiler Bay, down the street. They picked up the phone, I placed my order, picked it up 10 minutes later. Thats how it would have went at Kidd Valley if they would have only answered a ringing business phone. LAZY!!! FYI. This was at 3pm, couldn’t have been too busy between lunch and dinner rush.

Pretty tasty. Cheeseburger and fries with a banana shake and a pineapple shake. Girl at register was very bubbly.

So, it’s pretty hard to go wrong with Kidd Valley. Food is almost always predictably good. I really appreciated the drive-thru woman who took a quirky drink order without batting an eye. The grilled cheese was perfection. I know it’s odd for ordering a grilled cheese at a burger joint but theirs is sooooo good. The side sampler which was supposed to be onion rings & mushrooms came as an order of mushrooms only. I love mushrooms but was splitting lunch with a friend(who loves rings). The order mess up cost a star. That and also that the panko breading didn’t taste well-mixed on the mushrooms. That’s the problem with knowing how to cook, you know what’s wrong!

Burgers good. Fries dry. Prices extraordinary. Most expensive burgers in Seattle. Took over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. I won’t be back. $ 4.99 for a plain cheeseburger. S4.76 for a milkshake!

This place blows!!! I passed by this place on Aurora for years now and finally decided to give it a try. I pull up to order, take a gander at the offerings and decide on chili cheese fries. I tell the kid on the mic what I want 3 times. After waiting for 10 minutes for the two cars in front of me I finally pull up to the window and am handed a sack with a bag of fries and a tiny side of chili(no cheese anywhere) the kid has this grin on his face the entire time like he knows he is handing me a bag of crap. PS. This cost almost $ 7.00.

There website says they open at 10:30, but the store clerk says they serve breakfast only till 10am, thats misleading, so I am going somewhere else with my money. You lost a sale

The 11 year olds love the grilled cheese, the rest not so much. When we got there it was pretty empty but the young lady running the register just didn’t have a lot on the ball. I ordered a veggie burger, hubby ordered a double cheese burger and the boys ordered grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. We also ordered onion rings. What we got was a single burger for hubby, no onion rings, fries instead and an extra coke instead of a milkshake. And it’s not all that cheap.

The Kidd Valley on Aurora has the most consistency with their quality of food, both preparing time and taste. The crew at this location has always welcomed me with a smile, and thanked me as i left. When I am out in the Shoreline area, this is a stop i enjoy each time.

I make it a point to try new places whenever I get the chance, as does my boyfriend. I’ve heard much about Kidd Valley from my father, who used to frequent this chain when my brothers and I were just wee ones. So my boyfriend and I gave it a go. For $ 17 we received 2 burgers that tasted like an odd mix between grilled cheese sandwiches and cheeseburgers. I use the last word lightly, as the meat patty was kin to Invader Zim’s Napkin Meat, as it was practically devoid of flavor and had all the texture of processed napkins. And it wasn’t as sterile. We also received a single order of unsalted fries and 2 regular drinks, the latter of which were the best things out of the entire meal. Would we eat here again? Perhaps if it was the only place to eat and the world was ending. And we had no other choice.

I like Kidd Valley. My dad takes my sister and me here sometimes and we’ve had no qualms. It’s a bit on the expensive side though. Gonna give it three stars instead of four because the most recent time my sister and I went there, we paid and ate outside but it got too windy and so we finished eating in the car and started back home. While I was driving it suddenly hit me. How did a bacon cheeseburger, a normal cheeseburger, onion rings and a soda cost $ 20? I went to check the receipt, but I then I remembered that they crumpled the receipt instead of giving it to me. I’ve worked in fast food, simple mistake. No big deal, I’ll come back again and hopefully they won’t be Kidding around like last time.

Great tasting burgers. Flame grilled burgers without them being dried out. Good price. Burgers are very big. Will go again.

There food here is good, however there customer service is so bad all the employees always look mad and seems like your bothering them once you come in three the door. The price for the food is a little bit to much.

Went here on a Tuesday. The burgers were unseasoned and bland. The fries were unsalted. It was pricey for a fast food place. They even charge for a tiny cup of ranch. The one star is for the shakes which were good.

The food here was just fine but very overpriced. This place is just a dumpy burger joint with decent burgers but charges prices that are more appropriate to a nice, sit-down dining restaurant. What really bugged me was the service. The little kid behind the counter just oozed contempt as he took my order. The whole time I was there he paced around his little domain behind the counter being snotty to all the customers and condescending to his coworkers. You work in a burger joint, you’re probably not a Saudi prince.

DEEPFRIEDMUSHROOMS! Gahhh, need I say more? The bomb dude! The onion rings & sweet potato fries are sooooo nummers! Looooove! Wow, I totally sound like a chubby kid but whatevs! There are no Kidd Valley’s in California, none that I know of anyways. So this my equivalent to In N Out. lol. Not much hype but I’ve always liked Kidd Valley. Their Malt Shakes are to die for too! Gahhh, delicious!

I was not entirely impressed by my visit to Kidd Valley. This particular location was a little dirty and lacked the general charisma that even a McDonald’s has. In fact, I was slightly depressed even by the simple act of walking in. The bacon burger was decent and a good quick meal but it wasn’t anything to write home about. The bacon was a little overdone and the burger on the worse side of medium well. The onion rings were a redeeming factor and were quite delicious. The ketchup bottle at our table exploded all over my friend and when I went to ask for more napkins they acted like we were making it up. Granted, I’ve never seen ketchup explode in quite that way but it was still ridiculous how skeptical they were. No, of course you should be skeptical, my friend loves to pour ketchup all over his dress pants.

I’ve lived near this Kidd Valley for 7 years or so. I’m not a burger«expert» because burgers are not my «thing.» That being said, there are tons of reasons why I go there. As stated before, I’m not that into burgers. The burgers at Kidd Valley are HUGE and I can’t finish them, which is a terrible waste. My favorite regular sized burger is swiss mushroom. Now, in recent years, Kidd Valley has smaller burgers available and they have been a welcome addition since that’s about the right size for me. Perfect! Problem solved. Same big burger taste in a little burger that’s not part of a kid’s meal. I will always get garlic fries and fried mushrooms when I go there. Don’t bother asking, just accept it and move on. The garlic fries are cooked well in their shoestring goodness, topped with WAY too much garlic. Awesomeness. The fried mushrooms — not a whole lot to say there, hot, crispy, good, and often burns your mouth because you are so excited to eat one before they cool off. You know that happens. All the time. Another must have at Kidd Valley is a milkshake! My favorites are anything with chocolate or coffee in it but I have been known to do a seasonal shake from time to time. TIP: If you’re lactose intolerant like me(I know, I know), take your pill and order the kid’s shake. It’s cheaper and let’s be honest, I have no business being anywhere near a full sized milkshake.

I’ve come here a couple of times when I required fast food on the go. I didn’t care for the burger that I had. It was overly sauced and a little too messy for me. What I have enjoyed is their grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches(mmm Swiss) and their samplers that offer a small amount of fried goodness. I had a breakfast sandwich once that was on the greasy side but it was eggs and bacon… mmm, eggs and bacon! Bottom line is it ain’t health food and should not be eaten often. Personally if I crave a burger, I’ll choose Burgermaster over Kidd Valley. The last time I was there, they offer mini-sized burgers on their menu but if they are as wet as the one burger I had before… I’ll skip it.
