Katie L. Wright Photography was founded in 2003 in Seattle, WA. My business has grown over the years with my many photo industry related jobs, and personal hobbies to keep me on my toes!

Formally trained in Fine Art and commercial photography, I have been capturing moments since the opening of my studio in 2003. I have been photographing artistic weddings, engagements, portraits, artists, families, friends, maternity and businesses ever since.

So here’s the low down. I grew up in the small farm town of Olalla, WA. I thought it was pretty cool. Then I went to Seattle and I thought that it was way cooler. Then I went to school for my photography passion. That picturesque landscape of my youth gave me an appreciation for beauty that I have carried with me ever since. So now I take from my past; inspiration from my city life and country life; throw a little fashion and spice into it and mix it all together to give you fabulous fun imaginative photos!
