I help a lot of people struggling with general depression, anxiety, loneliness, disconnection and hopelessness. I offer warm and effective counseling that will help you unblock your life and relationships. A lot of my clients report feeling shifts in their experience fairly quickly. Even if some of the deeper issues take more time to work through, a greater sense of well being isn’t that far off. My ideal client is looking for a greater contentment in life and relationships and leans towards an acceptance of the full spectrum of who they are. I know that this process isn’t easy and takes work, but I see the road to greater happiness is an adventure that we can share together.

I specialize in working with stuck couples helping them to successfully reconnect to each other. We will gently and, without blame, look at your shared vision of intimacy, playfulness and trust that will help you reclaim the relationship you want.
