I found out about Jennifer through a networking professional group event. I didn’t think I really needed a new headshot, but did it anyway because the price arranged was so reasonable. Besides having fun hanging out in her studio, I was totally at ease for the photos, which was reflected in the final images! It ended up being my favorite headshot from the past couple of years! The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would use her again soon for another update.

I used Jennifer for a work photo I needed as therapist. Her work was just what I wanted. I would highly recommend her.

All other fine attributes aside, Jenny Boyle artfully captured a bounty of beautiful moments at our recent wedding. We are SO happy with the many soon-​to-​be treasured images she took. They are varied in style and stunning in composition.

Jenny is friendly and easy to work with. She was everywhere during our wedding and reception, yet at the same time, she kinda disappeared too. And I mean that in the best possible way. So, unobtrusive — check. Charming — check. Reliable business person — check. She met every obligation in a challenging 100-​guest wedding. And she did a very nice off-​site with just us and the dog. We heartily recommend Jenny Boyle for your photography needs.

Jenny Boyle is great, easy and fun to work with. She did family pics for our family of 5 and they are great. Once on site we left it to her and she has a great eye. She had obviously scouted the site and took advantage of it in ways I did not see coming. Her technical skills were as you would expect, excellent, but what really impressed was her eye for location and the setting up of the shots. They do not look like ‘another bunch of family pics at the sculpture park’. They are unique, wonderfully lit and really feel like ours. Plus she made us look younger and thinner. (Well ok not really) but we do look pretty dam good! We even had a super self conscious teen who she managed to relax enough to get some wonderful shots of him too. So there you have it. We are fans, and just need to have another kid so she can do baby pics for us too. (Now I’m really kidding…).

I just finished looking at my proofs from my professional head shot session with Jenny Boyle and I’m thrilled! The whole experience from start to finish went beyond my expectations. Jenny put me at ease immediately so I wasn’t so focused on the camera and was able to let my personality shine. She has an amazing eye for detail and was able to help me with everything from accessorizing my outfits appropriately to making sure the lighting was perfect for my complexion.
As the owner of a new business, I was hesitant to spend the precious dollars on professional head shots but I highly encourage any other business owners to get them done. These photos will allow me to present my best image to my target audience.

Jenny did an AMAZING Job capturing photos of our newborn baby at 3 weeks! She was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating/​flexible when it came down to scheduling the photo session. Even though baby Kiley was quite fussy at times during the photo session, Jenny helped calm her down and got some amazing shots of our little one. The photos she took really melted our hearts… especially her grandparents! They turned out perfect. She was also extremely fast in getting the photos to us. She gave us a preview of some of the photos in just a couple days. And then she uploaded all the photos to an online album in just a little over a week.

BABY Pictures!
We hired Jennifer for newborn baby photos and were so satisfied, we’ve been brought to tears multiple times viewing the breathe-​taking moments that Jennifer captured perfectly!
She was very accommodating & flexible with scheduling, as having a newborn tends to throw a wrench into scheduled plans. Along with that she was very professional and personal during the entire shoot and was able to capture our family perfectly through her camera lens. She ask us what we wanted and delivered exactly what we were looking for even though we weren’t sure exactly the types of shots we wanted.
We will be recommending her to everyone we know who needs a photographer because I could not imagine another photographer living up to her high standard of quality and professionalism.

My head shots were in need of a major update and upgrade. Jenny came highly recommend to me by several friends. I checked out her portfolio and loved her approach. She did not disappoint.
She scouted out locations for a shoot in Fremont beforehand and picked out some great places. She was well organized, gave very clear directions on how to pose, and was super fun to work with.

I met Jenny through a Mommy group and hired her to do our son Tat’s 5 month photos.
She arrived promptly and did a great job organizing the shoot. Although we had picked outfits, blankets and props to photograph Tat with, she told us which outfits and color schemes would look best, at what time of day due to the natural light coming into the house. Jenny not only has a keen eye for this, but also is very observant of other family members who wanted to be in the pictures. Our dog Mochi and in her eyes — the first born, kept laying on the blankets and walking around the entire stage of the shoot begging to be in it. Jenny really picked up on this. One of the most priceless images we got during this time was a black and white of my husband’s foot right next to Mochi’s paw. It brought tears to my eyes when she presented us with our package. That is truly priceless.
Now, back to Tat… she spoke to him in such a soothing voice when he was upset and a funny cartoon like voice to get him to giggle. She named him Pterodactyl Tat and to this day — when he lets out a dinosaur like sound/​screech I say: Pterodactyl Tat! I actually learned from her that Tat is so receptive to this. It is not everyday you get a professional photo shoot and also a cue from someone else on how to nurture your own baby! It was great.
The photos were presented to us on a flash drive made of wood with her logo. I thought that was a nice touch. Next, it was wrapped up in a box tied off with a natural fiber ribbon. Again, the details of going the extra mile. I loved all the photos of Tat. Even the one where he failed to lift his head during tummy time. Jenny captured his tears and frustration at that moment in time and included it in our final package. Loved it.
I would recommend Jenny over and over again. We plan to use her for our next milestone with Tat. 1 years old!

I was helping a friend plan a wedding in Seattle. My friend lives in Boston so I was in charge of this detail. I met Jenny at a networking event and realized that she had the perfect outgoing, helpful, friendly and fun personality we were looking for in a photographer. She was incredibly professional while we went over package options and while planning the wedding. During the wedding, she was the perfect photographer. She was fun, engaged the crowd, got great shots and knew what she was doing without a lot of instruction. I was anxious to see the photos once they were done and they were even better than I could have imagined. She captured every important element of the day and tuned it into a memory. I hired Jennifer to take a family photo shoot. We are 22 people total. Jenny did a great job organizing us and keeping us all in line. What I was most impressed with was that Jenny remembered almost everyone of my siblings and there names after meeting us all at one time! What a great personal touch.
Jenny also chose the location of shoot up at volunteer park where there was enough room to park cars and take shots with nice greenery in the back ground.
