Specialties

I specialize in working with adults, couples, and children as they move through challenging personal and relational experiences. Whether you are going through a big life transition, grieving the loss of a relationship or loved one, having fertility struggles, feeling alienated or misunderstood, or experiencing chronic feelings of «I’m just not good enough,» I can accompany you.

Among others, I have worked with women and men interested in reclaiming their voice and self esteem; artists who were feeling stuck in their creative process; Children who had been bullied, or had resorted to bullying behavior; and parents and couples looking to better understand their family dynamics.

If you, your couple, or your child are struggling right now, let me walk with you awhile. Life is hard. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.

I work in a client-centered way, starting with where you are and letting this inform how we proceed together. My trainings include integrative psychology, relational and attachment based-therapy, Sandplay therapy, Stan Tatkin’s PACT couple’s therapy, and many years of mindfulness meditation and art practice.

In addition to individual therapy, I also offer groups for non-moms, women in their 40’s, and women struggling with self judgment.

I am fluent in English and French and offer therapy in both languages.

History

Established in 2010.

I have been practicing therapy since 2010, starting with private practices in San Francisco and Oakland and more recently relocating my practice to Seattle, Washington. In addition to private practice work, I also worked as a child and Sandplay therapist at Alvarado Elementary School in San Francisco for 2 years.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Every step in one’s life provides a meaningful pathway to the next and an opportunity to live more fully. My own trajectory in life has shown me that this is true.

My own travels, heartbreaks, and personal victories have led me on this path of deep listening. I understand how navigating through pain and hardship can lead to greater compassion for the human condition and ultimately bring about a more fulfilling connection to self and others.

I see being able to accompany others through this meaningful process as a true privilege, and I hold this work with great care. I see getting to know oneself and finding one’s authentic voice as the ultimate fine art.

I have an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, and a MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Both inform my work as a therapist in an intrinsic way. They help me bring depth, authenticity and a creative perspective to the therapeutic relationship.
