Obviously not expecting much, but at least the bare minimum would have been appreciated. After giving my order to a very rude person in the drive through, I ended up having to repeat my entire order because she didn’t listen to any of it. When I got to the window she was horribly rude and avoided me until she took my payment and literally threw my bag of food at me.

Rudest late night drive through ever, African American lady with pink hair. We ordered two meals and she gave us one plus a sandwich we didn’t order. Then she gave us attitude and said we ordered wrong. Sorry but when the order doesn’t display on the screen she should repeat the order, plus total seemed right. Then she made us give the whole bag back and threw it in the trash and again only gave us one of the meals we ordered(the one we still needed is now in the trash). Then she made us go through the drive through a third time, to reorder the second meal. Update: Was going to give them another chance but decided to go earlier to avoid the rude lady and they were closed before 7:30! The employees were just hanging out inside the store with doors locked and a trash can in the drive through.

Been so many times in this Jack in the box during day and always been happy but this time experience was awful. Lady who is working night shift didn’t assemble whole order properly and made us go through the drive through THREE times before we got everything that we pay for and she gave us such a bad attitude! BTW she doesn’t give a receipt that is a federal requirement at first only when you pass THIRD time.

I went to this place on my way to work, and that was a mistake, I went to the drive thru and received a cold sandwich, I would have taken it back but I would have been late to work. So I had to take a lost that day. But I will never go there again. That was the worst place. I will never go there again no matter how hungry I get.

I literally have NEVER had a more abrupt or rushed service at a drive thru menu as we pulled up I asked about a menu item and she explained quickly then was like OK(like she added it to the order even though I’d only asked about it) when I ordered a chicken sandwich. She quickly asked if I wanted a convo I though for a sec and before I could respond«DOYOUWANT A COMBO» before I could think she’d reappeared herself about 3 times! Then when I got up to the window she didn’t even remember what I had ordered?! The GROSSEST part I saw TWORATS just in the short time we sat in the drive thru, on the way there I kid you not the police were covering a body up in the street… Generally just not a nice neighborhood

Yuck today at lunch my friend and I both got sick after we had our burgers. For sure the fryer area looked like it could use a good cleaning.

As I always like jack in the box, this one is small, dirty, and expensive, but nice customer service.

The customer service was great, Nicole went out of her way to make sure we had help getting a taxi home. Both of our cell phones died and she gave us her own to call a taxi and let us wait inside until it got there. The ladies working were very helpful and made sure we felt safe in the area while we were waiting.

This place is gross. As I walked in no one greeted me, the two employees were just chatting away for 3 minutes. As I was about to leave they finally noticed me. My order was a jumbo jack with cheese and shredded lettuce, what I got was a fingerprinted burger, tasted okay I guess. The worst part of my experience was the bathrooms, gross pee and poop on the floor, cigarette buts and wet door handle. I will never be back here.

After a long day, i went to the drive thru at 2 am. i was politely ordering my food and his African American male employee was giving me attitude. Treated me like shit. i question my return here in future. No Customer Service skills what so ever. Never had a problem before and the food is good. If a manager is reading this, please have a talk with this employee.

I wouldn’t go inside at night. I’ve driven through many times and had some questionable people approach my car. The food, service, and everything else is fine. They’re open late and have every snack you could want. And for that… I will always love them.

I don’t regularly review fast food restaurants but feel inclined. I love Jack’s taco’s and I always order 4. I always ask them to cook them well done and extra sauce. I’m surprised how many cooks won’t honor this request. I live closer to the Jack up the street near Lowe’s but have given up on them. Thought I would try this store and I’m glad I did. There are no better tacos than Jacks when they’re cooked right and the cook at this store just made me some fantastic tacos and I appreciate it. Will make this my new Jack In the Box.

I walked in and it smelled like a public restroom… A really bad one. There were spiderwebs everywhere and the dining area was a mess with cups of unattended coffee and packets of sugar dumped on top of tables. There were only three or four people working and we waited at the counter for a couple minutes, with no one acknowledging us. When we were finally helped, by Gretchen(yes, I made sure to get her name), she took half of our order and walked away for about 5 minutes without saying anything… She just walked away. Now, my brother is a cancer patient and has very specific dietary restrictions. So when I asked if everything couple be made fresh with nothing raw on his sandwich, she rolled her eyes numerous times and with attitude said«everything is fresh.» A simple«ok» would have sufficed. Very very upsetting, if I could give it a lower rating, I would.

Never breastfeed here!!! You will get stared down by the male employees and if you complain you will be shamed for it. I was nursing my daughter and one if the employees wouldn’t stop staring at me and when my partner and I both told him to stop staring he yelled at us, when we complained the lady at the counter said it was my fault for nursing in public. This is the first time I have ever had issues with nursing my daughter openly in Seattle and it was a very awkward situation.

Location is ghetto! Right on 85th and Aurora. It’s kind dirty inside out! However, if you do the drive thru for late night good. It’s actually not bad. My sister was hungry one night and we drove by. She bought a Harty Bowl, which is on breakfast menu. That say, breakfast is served all day in this location.

Ahhhh, Jack me buck-o, you kill me with your«real» ice cream shakes! Darn fine food, I mean for a fast food biz. Customers are a bit slow, speed-wise and mentally…(cough)Crack whore(cough, cough)…

This is the sleaziest location in the Jack in The Box chain of restaurants. During the day, there’s always some loud-ass crazy person pacing around by the bus stop or that homeless guy with the cartoonishly scripted«Spare Change» sign who does that creepy shuffle when he walks.(Shudder.) I noticed that this place was listed as being good for kids. I guess that’s true. Although it’s usually kinda sticky/dirty on the inside and I’m pretty sure I just saw some chick shoot heroine over there in the corner… But, hey — little boys love the flashing lights and sirens of police cars! And they are sure to see plenty of that zipping by on the busy highway. And I’m sure your toddler princess will be enchanted with the colorful makeup and sparkly costume jewelry of your friendly neighborhood prostitues. As an adult, I come here for two reasons. First, Jack in the Box’s menu is the flippin’ bomb! Where else can I get teriyaki, french toast, AND churros?! Sometimes I wish I still smoked pot just so I could fully appreciate their magical cornucopia of trans-fatty heaven. Second, I come for the adventure! There aren’t that many places in my neck of the woods where I can pull in for a hamburger and genuinely feel at risk of being stabbed in my car. That warm tingle of adrenaline really fuels my appetite and adds to the flavor of my curly fries.

Came here after a long day in the office and needed a quick bite to go. I should’ve remembered that nothing is quick at Jack in the Box. Not only did you have to wait forever to get your food. you have to try to battle their crazy driveway to get out. The curb doesn’t go flat and has a bit of a lip. For someone who’s not a regular; I had quite a adventure trying to get out and make sure I didn’t drive my car off the curb. Food was cookie cutter and just okay.

If you dont know what Jack In The Box looks or tastes like get out from under your rock. They are slightly better than most chain fast food joints taste and quality wise(I pick them over Burger King, Wendys, McDonalds). They have more variety and a larger value menu than most other fast food. Anyway, the reason I specifically LOVELOVELOVE this Jack in the Box is that they have NEVER gotten an order wrong or forgotten to give me something(like sauce, IMLOOKINGATYOUWENDYS). For a while this was my regular lunch stop and the people working here would know to grab me a free water and extra napkins when I pulled up to the window without me having to ask. Seeing as how they are surrounded by the shadiest nastiest neighborhood ever, and probably get paid crap, I think their odd dedication to customer service is amazing. 85th Street Jack In The Box, I love you.
