Dr. Keenan graduated from Creighton University with a D.D.S. degree and served for 2 years in the US Air Force at March Air Force Base California. Dr. Keenan started his Dental practice in West Seattle in 1977 and trademarked the name Implant Dentistry of Washington in 1993. In 1999 a completely new facility designed to treat patients needing replacement of teeth was completed. Dr. Keenan has always been interested in education and has taught courses on implant dentistry around the world including 3 years with the AGD (Academy of General Dentistry) /​AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry) maxi-​course in Portland Oregon.
