History

Established in 2009.

We began in Queen Anne and now have additional locations in Magnolia, Capitol Hill, Laurelhurst, and West Seattle. All Ianfitness workouts are specifically tailored and designed to help burn fat, speed up metabolism, lose unwanted pounds, and tone and define your body. No two workouts will be the same, as we continue to challenge the body with dynamic, functional exercises. Within your first week of training you will begin experiencing results, and everyday activities such as climbing stairs, walking up hills, and carrying groceries will become easier. You will also begin to notice changes in your body as you start to lose unwanted body fat and tone and define your muscles.
