Meet the Business Owner
Richard G.
Business Owner
Rich participated in cross country and track & field throughout high school. Competitive sports taught him that hard work and good technique could surpass natural physical talent. After graduating, he left the world of competitive sports to focus on his studies at the University of Washington. He took up a strength and conditioning program to fend off the freshman fifteen, but failed to maintain this routine the following year. Several months later, an attempt to return to activity left him with a debilitating low back injury. Injury rehabilitation taught him the importance of progression and functional, full-body strength.
Rich’s experiences from competitive sports and injury rehabilitation instilled in him the belief that anyone can achieve their goals if they work hard, and train the right way. He strives to enrich people’s lives through fitness, and disillusion those who think they aren’t cut out for fitness.
