This is yet another love letter to Asher. We met today, and the man’s customer service skills are nothing short of phenomenal. He happily and thoroughly answered all my questions, and offered recommendations with 0% salesman vibe. He did this all while handling a fairly steady stream of customers (between my questions) without giving me the impression that i was hassling him, or slowing him down, etc. He prompty and politely problem-​solved for those other customers, too. Thanks again to Asher and Hotbox. You made a new loyal customer today.

Went into Hotbox today looking for a dry herb vaporizer. We have never had one before and were amazed at the different varieties the shop carried. Not only were they stocked but Asher was absolutely phenomenal with a plethora of knowledge on vaporizing and how each product they carried differed from each other. He explained at length to us about the products and was very patient with us and our questions. It was actually incredible to find out so much information and we are extremely happy with our entire experience. We ended up getting the launch box as our initial start into vaporizing dry herb. We look forward to making the drive here again for any smoking needs because we had just that great and memorable of a transaction. Thanks Hotbox!

What can I say? The place is open late, and the staff has always been quick, helpful, and friendly for all of my needs.
The only downside to this place is that the little strip mall it sits in can get a bit skeevy with all the transients and homeless people that seem to loiter around the little strip mall (either near the 7⁄11 or the donut shop at the end).

If you are looking to purchase anything for dabbing this is not the place to go. Any of you local corner stores have better glass than this place. This place has cheap glass and its all over priced. I bought a a oil rig here for 60 dollars and after about the 5th heat up the glass cracked. I called to ask if they would exchange it for another piece because a 60 rig should not break that quickly and when i called they told me there is nothing they can do about it and they can not exchange it. i would not recamend this smoke shop whatsoever. cheap glass thats is overpriced.

Was in the market for a new vaporizer after my iolite took it’s dying breath last night (farewell, sweet prince!) and happened upon Hot Box. Not only did they have the exact models I had researched online (including an updated version of my little guy!) but the sales rep, Asher, was SUPER knowledgeable, willing to answer my barrage of questions, and humoring my indecision. When I finally settled on the Firefly (so shiny & new!) he even cut me a deal on a grinder. It was a great buying experience.
Super great store, felt immediately at ease. It’s worth the headache of I-​5 just to spend some time in there. Will be back for sure. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff!
My friend bought a bong (looked like it was from Beetlejuice) and a Seahawks pipe.
And now that weed is legal in WA, you can actually ask questions about smoking weed and learn about vaporizers (high tech if you’re a hippy from the 60s!).
They also sell whip it’s– which shocked me. Maybe I’m just old but that shits dangerous.
I have no need to come back but now know where to direct people if they need ‘mokin stuff.
