CeCe is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and book a facial (or I am sure any service) with her and you will not be disappointed in the quality of the services and products she provides. Not only this but just being around her is simply divine, she sets my mood as soon as I see her and makes me feel so comfortable. I moved here from Southern California and found her when I was new to Seattle and feeling out of place and missing everything about home. Finding her made me feel like I had a cozy place to go feel at home and had a better experience than at any esthetician in California. My first two appointments I saw able to book 2 – 3 weeks in advance but more recently I had to book far in advance mostly because of holidays I am sure. I DON’T CARE… WORTH THE WAIT! My appointment is about 10 days out and I am literally looking forward to it every day.

Ceanna is a true professional and I always feel taken care of and pampered in her care. I’m impressed with her attentiveness and great customer service. I recommend Honey Om Ayurveda to any person looking for the best esthetician.

After my last review I received emails from Ceanna accusing me that I am trying to hurt the company with my negative review and also threatening me to inform the community, I don’t know which community she was talking about. She also asked me to REMOVE my review. And all this happened from 3.30 AM to 5 AM, yes early morning 3.30, the same person who didn’t have time earlier to reply to my emails in the daytime. And when I told her that it’s surprising that she had the time to send emails at 3.30 AM, she said that she can email at any hour suitable to her.
Really? No, you cannot do that, you cannot disturb someone at 3.30 am. I couldn’t sleep at all that night and it was really a horrible experience for me and I wish no one goes through something like this, that too just for a facial.
Taylor Preston, the owner of Estrella Salon contacted me the next day, I had got waxing done from her in November 2014. Taylor apologized after reading Ceanna’s emails and offered to give me a facial with 50% discount.

According to Ceanna, my cancellations have interrupted her ongoing clients, but I don’t know how she is accusing me for the July cancellation when she herself was not in Seattle from June to August 17^th. And if she was busy she could have told me the very first day that she cannot accept new clients. She said just because she cancelled on me I shouldn’t have taken it so personally and acted upon something so minor. And it doesn’t warrant my emotional reactions to lash out at her business even if I got to know about the cancellation only after I inquired about my appointment. «Being informed is being informed», these were her words, and because I never received any service from her I can’t write about my experience.
So, in short a customer cannot be busy because they don’t have any other work in their life other than getting a facial and they can’t write about an experience before the actual service.
She also told me that since she had OFFERED me a recommendation even when she has never met me so it was EXCELLENT customer service, yes she wrote those words in UPPER CASE. And that I never responded to this offer and that she can no longer offer me that recommendation.
I mean, really? After living in Seattle for a year does anybody need recommendations? Her language clearly shows that she felt she was doing me a big favor with the RECOMMENDATION and that without her recommendation I can’t find another esthetician. I felt like laughing because I have already received facials from 3 different estheticians in Seattle and they are all awesome, but I wanted something in walking distance from my apartment so I contacted her but now I really regret it.
I really couldn’t believe that I received emails with such language and few words in UPPER CASE and that too between 3.30 AM-5.30 AM. Are customers so unimportant that they should be obliged or scared to write about their negative experience? This whole thing could have been handled maturely, rather than accusing and threatening a customer.

I woke up this morning feeling so beautiful. I can’t express enough how much I love Ceanna’s products, I admire her skill, and being in the presence of her positive energy alone is healing with itself. I have worked with a lot of estheticians and CeCe is the best. As a yoga teacher, and graphic artist, I love the way she can take the best ayurveda techniques and get me the best modern day beauty results.
I use her Honey Om Coffee Scrub religiously. I feel like a brand new baby every time I get out of the shower!
She recently did my eyelash extensions. I have never felt so beautiful and glamorous first thing AM.

Lovely sugaring done by Ceanna. She made me feel relaxed and pampered even though I was just in for a bikini service and hadn’t been for awhile. It’s hard not to feel self conscious at first for such an intimate service but she greeted me like a professional with a warm smile. She kept me talking and calm though the pain turned out to be quite tolerable (hooray for lidocaine!) I was in and out in under 30 minutes but not rushed. I’d recommend this sweet spot between Belltown and lower Queen Anne to my friends.

Sugaring is hard to find near downtown — so first, this place gets a high-​five for offering sugaring!

Host: Delightful! Such a wonderful and comfortable personality. Really got a feel for her expertise.
Outcome: The most naked my armpits have ever been! It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have much of anything growing back — love it.

I first saw Ceanna about two years ago. I got some sugaring done by her and it was good. I had nothing to complain about, but I didn’t become a regular. However, I went back and gave her another try recently and was totally blown away. For one, I don’t usually like sugaring, but I didn’t mind it one bit this time. I felt totally comfortable on the table, and the sugaring itself was quick and painless. She has definitely honed in on and perfected her technique. Furthermore, what I liked the best was the overall energy to the woman herself. She made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable, and felt totally at ease with what she was doing. She definitely has a passion for what she is doing and it shows. I would highly recommend her. She also does waxing now, as well as a variety of amazing aruyvedic services that I have yet to try, but I can tell you from just speaking with her, she knows what she is talking about! I am reasonably informed when it comes to health and wellness, so I can easily spot a fake, and this woman is the real deal. Make an appointment now! :)

I am constantly recommending Ceanna’s sugaring services to my friends. I typically feel a little nervous about bikini sugaring/​waxes but was immediately put at ease with Ceanna– her gentle and welcoming nature completely squashed my anxiety. She not only made me feel at ease personally but is also amazing at what she does! I now enjoy Super Fast and (relatively) painless bikinis & brazilians! I also really appreciate that she is equally as well trained in overall health as she is beauty (she is an Ayurvedic practitioner as well) She offers a truly holistic experience that is refreshingly different from my other spa experiences. once you’ve tried sugaring, you’ll never go back to waxing again. no burning, no ripping, no icky after residue, and — best thing of all (besides the LESS PAINFUL part of it) is that YOU ARE GOOD TO GO as soon as you hop off the table. no pain, no bumps, no more having to wait a day or two for any tenderness to go away.
if that’s not awesome enough, Ceanna is truly a delight. she will treat you with love, care and wicked humor. you will leave smiling.

Ceanna is great! Waxing can be painful but sugaring is the way to go! Ceanna is fast and gentle (equates no pain) and she is very warm spirited and cares for each person. Highly recommend Ceanna!

I’ve yet to try Ceanna’s Ayurvedic services, but have loved several sugaring appointments! Much less painful than waxing, longer lasting/​better results and Ceanna is warm and inviting making for a lovely experience! She is a bit of a world traveller, so I’m looking forward to taking advantage of her current stint in Seattle & making an appointment soon! :)
