History

Established in 2012.

Beth Siragusa is a Certified Health Coach, receiving her training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; the world’s largest nutrition school. She is also a Certified Jikiden Reiki Practitioner receiving her training from Sue Ananian, a Master Teacher in the direct and unchanged lineage of Mikao Usui. Beth also follows a course of advanced spiritual study through the Modern Mystery School and offers ancient lineage Crystal Healing as well as Space Clearing and Blessing and Crystal Space Gridding for home and office spaces.

I am Beth Siragusa and I have dedicated my life in service to this planet.

From the time I was a small child I knew that I was meant to make this world a better place by making a positive impact in the lives of others. I have always and continue to do advanced work to bring out my best self, so that I may empower others to move forward in better health.

I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became well versed in more than one hundred dietary theories and integrated a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

Another big part of my training is as a Universal Kabbalist. The word Kabbalah means ‘to receive’ and the aim is to ask the right questions to receive the right answers so I may not just live, but thrive! I personally consider my years studying Kabbalah as the «ultimate life coach training».

I attended college at Lamar University where I received two Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Biology & Environmental Science
