History
Established in 2014.
We started Himalayan Sherpa House with the idea of bringing the same concept of restaurant our families run in Nepal to the great city of Seattle.
Meet the Business Owner
Ang D.
Business Owner
Ang D. Sherpa grew up in the village of Panggum in the beautiful Everest region of Nepal. He began his professional climbing career at the age of 18 in the Himalayas. Since then he has been on trekking and Himalayan expeditions. Ang has also trekked many times in Europe.
Ang D. Sherpa has many years experience in leading treks and expeditions through Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. He can take you across the adventurous terrain of the Himalayas as few guides are able to. Ranging from low-level treks and tours to the more demanding adventures in the most remote areas, you are in good hands with Ang D. who assures that you make the most of your holiday time. He resides in Seattle Washington.
Ang’s other passion is bringing the food that has comforted him while living and trekking in the Himalayas to the people of Seattle.
