Thought I needed a ton of work done for my trip to Kansas tomorrow. Figured I needed new tires, brakes, oil change and battery. Andy rotated my tires and said I have a little more time left on the set. Wow! Brakes were fine. Wow! Just needed a new battery and oil change. He replaced two lights he found were out that I failed to mention. Wow and wow! All that and the cost was VERY reasonable. He could have easily gouged me. Very honest. I highly recommend them.

Revised review: I had the same tire go flat in 2 days and the next mechanic said they couldn’t fix it because the patch was too big. Though I have no way of knowing who was bluffing, I have to reduce their rating since it shouldn’t have leaked from the same exact spot I got fixed 2 days ago. Meh.
I had a flat and a tire shop refused to fix it as the tire was «gone». As luck would have it, had a flat again couple days later.
I went to my car with the intention of driving on the flat. But a gentleman there offered to drive me to a tire shop. I went to Hegge Ted and the flat was fixed within minutes, and that too with a smile. On top of that, the charges were reasonable. I hope my opinion doesn’t change, as I’m pretty happy with the service I got today. 5⁄5

Most expensive gasoline on the whole West Seattle peninsula, but still a full service gas/​service station, so if you need your tires checked, or your car washed, or a candy bar and soda pop to go w/​your fill up, this is the place to stop. The guys who work here are always friendly and have always gone out of their way to help me when I needed a tire checked for leaks, or fluid for my windshield wipers, etc. The bathrooms are clean, the station is as well. No, I don’t gas up here often (again, SUPER expensive gas), but if I need a few of the «extras» with my gasoline, like a car wash, or have a mechanical question about that weird ping under the hood, this is the place I’ll stop.

Make sure you are specific as to parts replacement. My last repair here was done with remanufactured Napa product, not Motorcraft, which is a highly important difference. I still stand behind Hegge all the way but must be hands on when it comes to what my cars really want, pets that they are.
