I’ve been receiving treatment at Health First for about a month, and already my lower back and neck feel SO much better. Dr. Beebe is awesome, and the entire team is very friendly and accommodating. If you are up in the air about going in for a visit, do yourself a favor and make an appointment now.

When I first started at Health First, I was under the care ofDr. Swinford, who was the first to identify and treat a 15-​year neck injury. After months of his care, I began to hold adjustments for increasingly longer periods of time and my neck, back, and hips started to feel better. Once transferred to Dr. Beebe after Dr. Swinford left, I saw my care taken to a whole new level. Not only is Dr. Beebe thorough, professional, and careful with her adjustments, she also provides valuable information and advice on how to care for myself following the office visits to reinforce the work she has done and prevent further issues. She’s also compassionate and personable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for chiropractic care. In addition, Kristin, the office manager at the front desk, is incredibly knowledgable, and friendly!

Dr. Bebee is sincere, compassionate and effective. I have been to several chiropractors over the past few years. What I like the most about Dr. Bebee’s approach is her precision! Not only does she assess which vertebrae are problematic but she measures the angle needed to correct the imbalance then applies techniques to adjust it. I always leave feeling SO much better. The effects have lasted over the past few months! The other thing I really appreciate is I never feel over treated. She only addresses the vertebrae that need it. I can’t say enough great things about her professionalism, kindness and accuracy. She is truly here to help you! If you haven’t gone to her yet, please do. You will thank me. :)

As someone who had over 4 years of chiropractic care prior to moving to Seattle, I was excited to meet Dr. Beebe in her office for a consultation. I brought in the promotional offer that I received from one of the local races (where I met her), and went through x-​rays, general chat, and questions.
Dr. Beebe seemed nice, fairly personable, but well rehearsed and sometimes rushed in her approach to appealing to me for care in the future. I felt more like cattle at a car lot rather than a patient setting up an expensive care plan for my specific needs.
I left with all of the paperwork I needed to make a decision. In the end I decided not to take them up on a rather large sum of money upfront for an extended care plan, as I did not like several things about the office, Dr. Beebe, and the practice of a large proposal prior to any proper care. On top of that, I had a very exhaustive schedule and the location didn’t work for me. I emailed Dr. Beebe thanking her for her time and that it did not fit in my schedule and in return I was rewarded with a $ 445.00 invoice for:
— $ 390 in x-​rays
— $ 55 Manipulation (5 min)
I wanted them to file through my insurance, long story short, it took almost a YEAR to get it straightened out (not really their fault I was told, I believe it but it adds to my frustrations).
In the end, I moved away from Seattle but settled my account, mentioned these things to the person and hope they figure it all out for future patients. Spinal manipulation is a very personal, intimate experience and I think they can learn from that.

I have been under Dr. Bebe’s care for nearly 10 months and I can say with confidence that she has changed my life for the better. She is extremely warm, welcoming and has a genuine gift for healing. I had never received chiropractic care before Dr. Bebe, however, I HIGHLY recommend seeing her if you have ever had: headaches, fatigue, depression, anxiety, colds and basically every other ailment known to man.
Also, Kristen is the wonderful receptionist who will greet you at the door. Go see them today!

Dr. Beebe is simply ahmaaaaazing I have a lot of issues and whenever I’m not doing well I call and they seem to squeeze me in somehow and get me adjusted. It’s a lifeline for me. I never cease to be amazed at how she pinpoints the exact problem and fixes it. Most times I feel instant relief, some times it takes a little longer but overall the problem is fixed. I’ve been doing to a chiropractor for decades — now that I found the Blair Technique I will never go to the other chiropractors again. Thank you Dr. Beebe.

Dr. Beebe is amazing. In one adjustment my pain went away! I mean 10 years worth of pain and suffering just went away and I could breathe. What I like about this chiropractor is the fact that I am a science person and I like evidence. She took x-​rays and explained the program to me. This therapy focuses on health and not constant chiropractor visits. I am happy that I got to see where the problem was first and then she made my life complete. I didn’t know that I could actually take a breath or sleep a full night anymore but with a swift movement, I can. And, the best part — I am 2 days in. 2 days without pain and feeling free. :)
Her approach is more open than others but if you want results and you want to get better. You should absolutely try. :)

Dr. Beebe and Kristin at Health First Chiropractic are fantastic! I have received consistently great care since starting there about 5 months ago. I came to Dr. Beebe for chronic (daily) headaches and neck pain, and I’ve now been essentially headache and pain free for over a month and a half. My insurance did not cover anything, but Kristin and Dr. B worked with me to work out a reduced frequency plan that still got me the necessary care but that did not make me broke. Besides being flexible and honest up front, I appreciate Dr. Beebe’s recommendations to focus on overall health and well-​being, not just fixing one part of the body. It IS all connected. For anyone who has suffered chronic pain I would highly recommend checking this place out (and BTW, it is not your typical chriropractic– very gentle).

Dr Beebe is amazing… after growing up in a chiropractic family, with a father in practice over 40years, world renowned… Dr. Beebe is the only chiropractor I’ve ever experienced who’s technique is as good as his. She truly cares for the wellbeing of her patients, meanwhile balancing the ability to educate and inform without being pushy. I give her 5 stars ;) If you’re looking for a chiropractor that frankly is impossible to beat, hook up with this awesome gal!

We met Dr. Bebe at the 12^th Avenue Festival and received a certificiate for a free consultation. Both my husband and I went in and started the process. Despite the fact that she said we had fantastic insurance, it was very expensive. Just for my treatment alone it was going to cost over $ 2200 upfront and Dr. Bebe did want to take no for an answer. She postponed my first treatment until my insurance started so that it was covered, but at the end of that first treatment they informed me that my insurance did not cover what I received and it would be nearly $ 300. Luckily for me I had a health savings account or I would have been screwed!
I feel like they are not very upfront with the costs. She continued to talk about how affordable it was… I guess if you’re a doctor and can pay $ 2200 for 6 months of treatments, then it’s affordable, but for those of use with college debt, $ 400/​month for only potential improvement seems a bit steep.
When she did the x-​rays she kept pushing my chin down which I thought to myself, «this isn’t very natural position, won’t my neck look really straight?» and then sure enough, my x-​rays showed an extremely straight neck which means a very aggresive treatment plan. Dr. Bebe said it’s a 2.5 year process to fix that. Definitely interested in a second/​third opinion — especially since I’m NOT in ANY pain!
I had one treatment and it was ok, but I did not like the fact that it was all open concept. There was no sense of privacy or ability to be open with the Dr as not only were all the doors open, patients just seen and the next patients were all sitting there.
While Dr. Bebe was very nice and talked a lot about a holistic plan which is a definite plus, I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Like the other reviewer noted, Dr. Beebe is great. Very holistic and truly cares deeply about her clients and profession.
I do not however like how this clinic is run. It feels like a high-​pressure car sales place. I know that this is a small business and they want/​need people to return but there is way too much pressure to set up return appointments here, and their marketing materials are strange. I will be looking elsewhere even though I like Dr. Beebe — because coming here gives me a bad feeling. My guess is this system of treatment/​clinic vibe of high pressure sales was set-​up by someone else and she has to run it this way since she is a new Dr.

I’ve been going to chiropractic clinics on and off for years. I hyper-​extended my back 15+ years ago surfing big waves in San Diego. All my life my back has flared up and I’d be down for two days unable to move. It ended my surfing career twice. I use to play volleyball in college and haven’t been able to play in a decade because of fear of freezing my back up. Things like deadlifts and chest presses would routinely make me pinch nerves behind my shoulder blade.
Every chiropractor has always over promised and under delivered. They look at my x-​rays and say «Woah, that’s not good. You’ll have to see me 3 times a week for months to fix that.» Yeah… none of them really helped. I saw temporary results during flare ups, but that’s about it. No long term healing.
I went to see Dr. Beebe. She was not only extremely friendly, but had the professional demeanor of a doctor who had been practicing for years. She was very methodical and thorough when examining me and discussing my problems. She took a very holistic approach in her explination and recommendations. She detailed how her type of chiropractic adjustment was a different approach to what I had done in the past and what I could expect. She didn’t pretend to that chiropractic would be the end all be all to my problems. She went into how with a multi-​fauceted approach with core work, stretching, proper nutrition, and her chiropractic work my back problems could become managable for the rest of my life. It was my body that ultimately needed to do the healing. Her work would be the catalyst that set that healing in motion.
In the six weeks I’ve been seeing her, I have been able to sleep much better. After volleyball tournaments, I don’t feel like I am 80 years old. I haven’t pinched a nerve in my shoulder while working out. All in all… I’m extremely satisfied with the work she’s done and have already recommended her to several friends. Her practice is comfortable and they have options for accupuncture there as well. I always feel welcome and can’t wait to sit on the traction (aka massage) table after my adjustment. It’s amazing!
