~Greetings everyone… I am an Licensed Massage Practitioner/​CPMT, Licensed Aesthetician and a Birth Doula. I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage (2002), located here in Seattle. I took the Labor Support Doula training through SMS in 2002 as well. I attended the Euro Institute of Skincare (750 hrs) graduating April 2014. I love what I do for a living!

~Massage

As unique as each body is to its own, I believe in designing a massage session specifically towards addressing those problematic areas, as well as providing a safe and positive healing space for you to unwind and let go of the unwanted tension and stress within your body, mind and spirit. I use a blend of techniques to address the whole body, ranging from deep tissue, myofascial, cupping and treatment focused sessions to using Swedish, Lomi Lomi and other relaxation strokes to offer a unique and most effective healing experience. I also offer Pregnancy massage.

~Holistic Skincare

Offering european facials, anti-​age tx, acne tx, microdermabrasion, galvanic, High-​Frequency plus back facials, and body sugar scrubs. Also offfering Sugaring services for full body epilation and lash/​brow tints. I use only organic and non-​synthetic skincare products, oils/​lotions and food grade essential oils.

History

Established in 2002.

I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2002. Ever since then I have been practicing massage and Doula work. I always knew I was interested in specializing in Pregnancy massage and along the way of developing my skills I discovered I was an LMP who found great interest in treatment and deep tissue work. I have worked as an independent contractor as well as a sole proprietor in a private setting. I worked at a perinatal clinic in Ballard (2003 – 2005), with other practitioners, such as Hypnotherapist, Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Counselors. I also worked at a petite day spa for nearly two years (2008 – 2010), always in conjunction with my private practice. I have been offering chair massage at a downtown office since 2003 as well. I like being diverse with my massage services, it allows me to reach a variety of clientel. I recently graduated from The Euro Institute of Skin Care, April 2014, now offering holistic skincare and epilation services. My private practice is in West Seattle.
