THIS PLACE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I found parking in CapHill and walked all the way over there to find that this place is moving (with no warning when I read reviews on Unilocal). I was so disappointed.

The best service, the best food, the best care. They are rellocating by the end of Janurary so get it while you can! The staff is so genuine and I always feel comfortable here. This place is a gem in Seattle, from the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere. Nothing can ever replace Healeo! must try :) love the workers Scout, Miranda, Annie, and Brian!

I ventured into the realm of hipsters to see if this acai bowl bested jamba juice in my desperate search to fill my acai bowl craving. I have had some of the best in hawaii, so my bar was set very low.
I forgot to show the cashier my check in so did not receive the 20% off. DO IT as this place is pricey.
I agree with oter reviews, the staff is not particularily friendly however i know a lot about superfoods, alternative milks, etc and so I had limited interaction.
Strike 1: they were out of granola. This is a place known for trying the acai bowl, how could you possibly let your business run out of that essential ingredient?! Other reviews echo this so it seems to be common.
Strike 2: there were no orders in front of mine and it took between 10 to 15 min to get my acai smoothie out. I opted for the smoothie since they were out of granola
Strike 3: the wooden benches were very uncomfortable, add some padding!
I may be back to try the bowl, the acai mix itself wasnt horrible, and i would say a half step up from jamba juice. I guess i will have to bring my own honey since they dont have that on the menu? If i ever get some money to invest, i am going to open an acai bowl shop and blow these noobs out of the water. We need one in seattle and given the amount of hawaii and cali transplats it baffles me as to how one hasn’t opened yet.

Yum! Really refreshing smoothies with lots of flavors to choose from! I also liked the environment; it was clean, had terrarium decors, and lots of interesting merchandise as well.

Love that everything here is either organic or sourced locally. The selection is quite good too depending on your mood. I do wish that the Acai bowl and Dragonfruit bowl had a bit more flavor or potency to them, though they do come in a generous portion. The chai is strong in spices and a little perfumey but not in a bad way. I tried the Tibetan Butter Tea and it was so different but I loved it. The ghee was definitely the main flavor and the lavender tea was more subtle.
I wish there was a place like this closer to where I live, maybe in the Columbia City or Seward Park area so I don’t get a lot of chances to go out here. Plus, parking can be a pain too.

For the uneducated individual in the realm of nutrition, this place might seem fantastic.
Unfortunately, their juice tastes watered down and their food is bland or over sweetened (their porridge is terrible).
I suggest not spending your money here, as it is overpriced for what it is.

The only acai bowls I’ve had in my life have come from Nektar in SoCal. Maybe I’ve been spoiled?
Stopped by Healeo today to satisfy my acai bowl craving. Was thrilled to see a location in Seattle and close to my home.
The store has your standard street parking with a 30 minute loading spot in front. Perfect for us since we were just picking it up to go.
The interior is very clean & modern. Has wifi so seems like a great location to get some work done. Healthier options than a Starbucks!
My husband & I ordered an acai bowl to split. It comes with two toppings. The ONLY fruit toppings were strawberries and blueberries so we got those. Not a very wide selection of toppings– the rest were grains or seeds.
The bowl came out fairly quickly but I was so disappointed by the lack of toppings. At most, they cut up two strawberries into tiny pieces and sprinkled it on top. Along with a handful of blueberries. Again, maybe I’ve been spoiled by Nektar (which comes with a generous helping of so much fruit that you cannot even see the acai on the bottom!).
The acai bowl was pretty good overall and was more than enough for my husband & I to split as a healthy midday snack.
The employees were not friendly. I was not acknowledged when I walked in or even greeted with a smile or a head nod. Along with the lack of toppings, it takes away from the overall ambiance of the store.
With that said, the acai bowl was tasty and since it’s the only place close to my house? I’ll definitely be returning. I just hope next time I’ll be greeted with a smile or hello when I walk in!

This place rocks! Worth the trip even if you’re not in that part of town. Fresh organic ingredients. Great recipes. We love the coconut almond smoothie w honey instead of agave. The pomegranate kefir smoothie is also really great. The power wellness shots are rockin. Great staff happy to honor the Unilocal discounts. Bookmarked!

Fresh, healthy and delicious! What more could you ask for? I have yet to buy juice from her so I can’t really tell you about that, but I have tried a few bowls. I’ve had the hemp oatmeal bowl, acai bowl and graviola bowl. I liked them all, but I’m not a fan of the blended fruit in the bowl. I prefer the hemp oatmeal. I went in one time and say that it wasn’t on the list, so I tried the graviola. It’s good for what it is, but it’s not too great. Today I went in and asked them for the porridge and it was out, so then I asked if they could make me and oat bowl. I was surprised to find out that they actually do still have the hemp oatmeal. It was just as good as I remembered and I left with a huge smile on my face. It was a good post workout snack as well.

It was 11 am, and I was starving. I really wanted to grab some breakfast, but I remember I had my vegan friend with me. She immediately suggested Healeo. I thought the least I could get from a vegan place would be salad.
When I looked at the menu, I realized they served smoothies and really healthy stuff. Let’s just say they serve such healthy stuff that I don’t normally eat. The prices are pretty expensive, too. Heck… I haven’t seen a cheap vegan place, yet. My friend assured that «the portion is very big». As a result, I ordered blueberry-​flavored smoothie topped with granola and hemp seeds.
My friend was correct about the huge size of the bowl. I guess I’m all about the strong flavor because I didn’t taste anything from the smoothies bowl. It tasted bland. I guess that is what organic healthy food is like. My friend loved her smoothie. I didn’t. That’s fine. I still gulped the entire bowl down because I didn’t want to waste $ 10.95.
This place is absolutely perfect for vegan/​healthy folks. For people who like to consume meat like me, this was my first and last time coming here.
Yes, the smoothies helped me cleansed my body well. You’re welcome for letting you know the smoothies do work as excellent cleanser.

My daughter introduced me to this place a couple of years ago when she first moved to Seattle for college. Since my job involves traveling often, I am always on the look out for a good juice bar to get my morning blend in the towns I frequent most. I can assure you that Healeo is one of the best juice and smoothie bars in Seattle. Although it is a little out of the way from the neighborhood I usually stay in, it is a quick drive from downtown located on the corner of 15^th and Madison in Capitol Hill.
Although I have not tried any of their salads or other main food items, their juice blends and smoothies do not disappoint. Healeo also offers a variety of acai bowls. These are a bit on the pricier side, but if you are craving one, this is one of the only places in Seattle that serve them! The employees are friendly and are willing to put together a smoothie or juice blend for you that is not on the menu. The breakfast and lunch hours may have you stuck in a line (which often means you will be waiting on your smoothie/​juice for a while), so don’t plan on stopping in if you are in a rush.
This is a quality juice bar and they always strive to make sure their customers walk away happy, which I appreciate. If they don’t make your smoothie exactly how you like it, they will make it again.
If you live in Seattle or are just here for a visit and love a good juice bar as much as I do, come to Healeo. PS. Try the Coconut Almond smoothie!

Great smoothies, that is all I have tried here. The staff is good with being flexible on substitutions. I had the green superfood smoothie and added banana minus the agave and it was killer! Not too sweet but didn’t taste like just the earth as well.
Communal tables so great for popping in quickly on the go. I look forward to returning.

Came here to detox and I love their juices! My friend got the one with strawberries mixed with bananas and ginger, while I got the açai-​oxidant, which was deeeeee-​licious!
Their salads though are meh. I ordered the avocado quinoa bowl and there was barely any quinoa or kale and too much cabbage :-(I definitely would not recommend any of their salads. Try their smoothies though!

Being a California transplant, I was really missing my acai bowls and was looking all over Seattle for one. AND GOSHDARNIT I FOUND IT! Though I have to say, I was a little taken back by the price. It was $ 12 for a bowl to be exact. But, I will say that you pay for what you get. The bowl is huge! I thought that the acai bowls here weren’t bad, but considering how it’s the only one in Seattle and it’s huge… I’ll let it slide. They only give you two toppings, but there’s a few that you could pick, though I wish that you could pick three, since most acai bowls usually come with some type of nuts/​granola.
If you were interested in dragonfruit/​picaya bowls, they have those here too, as well as a few other bowls. I think the other bowls are a dollar or two more. I saw that their smoothies were $ 8, which I thought was pretty steep for a smoothie. Not sure if I’d ever pay $ 8 for an «organic» smoothie, but I’d come back for their bowls. What I did like about this place was how clean and bright it was! I would definitely come here to study, though I’m not sure if they have outlets here. Overall, it’s a pretty clean place and I think it’s a great place to go to on a beautiful sunny Seattle summer day :)

Probably one of the fanciest juice bar that I’ve been too. When you walk in, to the left are shelves filled with health-​boosting supplements. To the right are seating. There are plenty of plants and succulents so it gave the place a very comfy and cozy feeling. Would definitely be a nice place to study or relax if you live around the neighborhood.
Be warned, everything here is on the pricey side. I haven’t been to a lot of juiceries or juice bars, so I’m not too sure if everything is suppose to be more expensive. But I persoanlly think I paid way too much for my drink. I paid ~9 $ for the Acai Oxidant. It wasn’t mind-​blowing good, but it wasn’t bad. The workers here are really nice though! They made my drink super fast. The ingredients are also very fresh, so the drink itself is very refreshing.

Let me start off by saying that I’m neither a hemp nor acai fan, but Healeo turned me into a believer! I very much enjoyed the Acai Bowl! It is a bit pricey, but the portion size is excellent. I left full & satisfied and even had some leftover to take home! The bowl is a perfect balance of sweet fresh fruit & crunchy vanilla hemp granola. The only downside is the limited street parking, we had to park in a nearby garage. But I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu!

I have yet to find a place that makes their acai bowls as well as the ones on Oahu but this is the closest I’ve found to a good bowl. the interior design of the space is really cool with a large community table and some smaller 2 seaters. I come here occasionally to get my acai bowl fix. Their serving sizes are enormous so I tend to take my time while getting some work done too. Overall cool spot in an awesome corner with great restaurants and bars

Went to go try the Acai bowl, but they were out of the ingredients for any of the bowls. They told me I could get a coconut bowl, so I ordered that.
There were 4 people working I was the only order in and it took them over ten mins. I mean really, how long does it take to through some fruit in a coconut shell?
Sadly the coconut bowl was not as tasty as much as it is pretty. Not worth the money.
Overall I wanted to like this place, but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Healeo is a typical juice bar in the city. They offer a wide range of cold pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls and other raw/​super food items. I found it kind of odd that they had a piano and cacti plants. However, the atmosphere was bright, friendly and made you feel like a health nut.
The first issue I had was trying to read their menu. They only have one large menu displayed behind the counter… not even a menu online. The cashier was nice enough to let me stand behind the counters to read their long menu. After being overwhelmed by their juice selections, I decided to create my own — with ginger, beets, wheat grass, carrot and pear. They place the juicer in front, allowing you to watch as they make your juice. The juice tasted great, but the size was pretty small. I also ordered the acerola bowl with comes with two toppings of your choice. Unfortunately, the bowl was disappointing. It lacked that sweet, fruity taste and had too much ice in the mixture.
With their extensive menu, it’s better to have an idea of what you want before going there. They offer a lot of super foods (acai, goji, bee pollen) and even have vegan protein powders. Bowl portions are big (could be because they put a lot of ice), but expect a little wait since everything is made after you order.

Went in today specifically for hemp soft serve. When I went to order, the staff said «oh, we haven’t had the soft serve for over two years. I know it’s confusing, since we have the sign out front.» Yes — they have had a sandwich board that they bring outside every day for two+ years that only says HEMP SOFT SERVE HERE. I told the supervisor that I drove from South Seattle specifically for the soft serve, but was not offered anything for the false advertising and waste of my time. Smoothies and juices are ridiculously priced for being watered down… Sad news, Healeo.
Edit: I forgot to mention they sold my boyfriend a bowl with pecans but then served them all to the party behind us in line.
Edit 2: I’m very shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed in the response below! Wow! How can I be lying about having an opinion on the cost of your drinks? I am very familiar with the price of organic ingredients… I’m just surprised to see how much water is used in your drinks for that price. Not sure how that’s «attacking the whole legacy of Healeo»… Your competitors don’t use water for their smoothie bases…
Let’s just drink in this insane hilarity: I’m called a liar after asking them to remove false advertising. Below, the owner says he is «truly sorry» yet he ignored me when I asked to speak to a manager at the store and then proceeded to verbally attack me on Unilocal.
If anyone was entertained by the insane Unilocal antics from the infamous Amy’s Baking Company (on Kitchen Nightmares)… y’all should read through the owner’s responses to me and other unsatisfied customers. Pure gold!
