I’ve been to this location a few times to buy thank you cards. It’s a smaller than usual Hallmark store but today was a bit odd.
It was about 3pm on a sunny Friday afternoon. In Seattle, it means that people are outside enjoying the last sunshine of the season.
The sales person who rang me up was super pushy with donating for cards for the troops. I usually am ok when people are forced to ask you because it’s part of their job but I don’t like being looked at as if I’m a bad person.

I love the store Hallmark to buy many selections of cards and adorable things they have sometimes. I made a purchase and the clerk did not give me back my receipt. I know I did not need it anyways but still. I did not feel welcomed. Just because it is a one time thing does not mean I will not go there ever.
