Hair 113

This place was terrible. I came in because I tried and failed (miserably) to bleach my hair, and I turned out looking like a run-​over road cone. I went to Hair 113 to get it fixed, mostly because that was the only place that had a time slot open for an emergency. I ended up paying over $ 200 to get the color right, and also (understandably) it had to take 2 days because she had other appointments. We decided on a color for my hair, and when I came in the next morning she had «taken the liberty of making it just a little darker than we had talked about». Turns out just a little darker meant brunette. (I was bleaching my hair for a reason…) Not only did I spend $ 200 but I didnt even get what I wanted. I was so furious, I didnt go back. My head was fixed, yes… but for $ 200 I should have gotten what I paid for. I will never, ever go back. Ever.
