They had 98% CBD for my ailing mother. On top of this they also had great advice for dispensing the product and getting the most out of the container. It’s a shame CBD isn’t OTC

They definitely have a great selection of buds, and although they can be pricey, they take one of the $ 15/​g top shelf meds each day & reduce it to $ 10/​g. They have a decent selection of drinks & snacks, along with lotions & the like. Some of the other comments say they’re rude, and for the most part I disagree. There is ONE receptionist that always seems to be ragging, but everyone else there is super friendly & helpful. I’ll keep coming back because of their selection & their proximity to my work (OH, and they have free parking… god I hate places where parking is impossible). I do wish they’d lower their prices though. I pay $ 3.00 for the kief candy elsewhere, while they charge $ 4.00. Their prices on their Rick Simpson oils are too high as well (around $ 10 more per gram than another place I found, however that other place has no dang parking! argh).
All in all, a decent place to go with one of the best bud selections you’re going to find.

I have been to other clinics or co-​ops, and at first, when I was given my recommendation, I didn’t even know what to do with it. I felt like an idiot calling this place for weed. I had been smoking for years but was so completely ignorant to the massive benefits and differences in the flower. And my parents grew my whole life! I went into Greenside and they took the time to explain not onlyok the difference between Sativas and Indica but what product be it flower, food or cream would be best for me. But they go beyond even that. They take the time, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM to come over and say hi and give me a hug or ask how things are. And their sincere, its something you don’t come across a lot anymore. They actually care. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have the best products, the best prices and by far the best staff anywhere. Theyre like family.

Parking is a joke! If you are mobility challenged you’re out of luck at this place unless you have a vehicle that allows you to drive over a curb to park in their one handicap spot directly in front of their building.
On numerous occasions I have been given incorrect information on the phone and in person. I understand that having an attractive person be the first person you see or talk to is important for a companies image but I personally would rather talk to an unattractive person if I knew that they cared enough to give me the correct answer instead of misleading me and wasting my time. I’ve observed first hand that the information their bud tenders give is more about getting high than it is about helping deal with pain and making sure you get the appropriate strain for the medical issue.
Good customer service is acknowledging a problem and working for a resolution (sweeping it under the table only infuriates people further). Don’t bring too many problems too the managements attention because they don’t want to hear about it.
With so many choices in the area I can’t continue to be the loyal customer I have turned out to be if the management does not address these albeit minor issues.
I have since found other locations that are easy to get to and offer high quality medicine. I do not see myself going back to this location even though I pass by it daily during my commute.

WOW what a selection. This is the only spot I will shop.
