History

Established in 2006.

Georgetown Liquor Company (affectionately the GLC) opened in January of 2006. Located in the old Bertoldi building in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, which housed the original GLC over a century ago. The vegetarian/vegan menu inspired by its founder and cultivated by the original chef continues to gain notoriety amongst locals, regulars and travelers from all around. Two guys put there own nerdy stamp on the place and made a sci-fi themed, retro video gaming, punk rock, sports bar. In other words a little somethin’ for everyone kinda place.
