Ruben sandwich was grilled up when I ordered it, and also came with a side of fruit for $ 7.50. The sandwich was a really good size and pretty filling. The shop in general was clean new. The lady’s working were also nice and professional. I would definitely go back. They have soups, fresh salad, baked potatoes, sandwiches, and fresh made omelettes! All are reasonable prices

I love this place. It’s my go to lunch spot when I need healthy, low carb food options(surprisingly hard to find unless you get a salad). I get the scramble, and the ladies are so nice they will make me a side of sautéed vegetables since I can’t have the fruit or potatoes/flatbread. it’s fast, super affordable, and consistently good.

This is the kind of place that I almost hate to write about for fear the lines will get too long. Fresh table is my number one lunch spot. The ladies who work there are great. The food has never disappointed, and the price has always been well below the standard price for the area. I love that I can walk over to fresh table and never have more than a few people in front of me. Maybe its because people don’t know about this little gem, or maybe its because the service is just that fast. They have a great variety for the kind of spot that it is, but I pretty much always get the same thing… and guess what, it tastes just as good every time. There’s no guess work. I know that these ladies are on it and that I am about to sink my teeth into a tasty wrap in a matter of minutes. Don’t go in with crazy expectations, this is still basically a food court, but I’d rather eat here than any food truck or similar set up in the area. Great people, great prices, and yes, it does taste fresh.

5 stars goes to that awesome lady with the longer braid. She knows how to multi-task! I enjoy the strawberry salad for something easy and close by.

Not great. An $ 8 Asian chicken salad is mostly lettuce + boring, oily dressing. The additional veggies(celery, cabbage, red pepper) are minimal and the cubed grilled chicken is mediocre. Not coming back.

Worst lunch in seattle. I’ve eaten here twice — 1st time I got a special peanut sauce salad, 2nd time I got bbq wrap, and 3rd time I had a turkey sandwich. First of all, the portions are ridiculously small. Their wraps are half the size of Qdoba’s or Chipole’s burritos and their sandwiches are half the size of Subways’ footlong but it costs the same. Second, their sauces taste terrible peanut sauce was the worst I’ve had and the bbq sauce was way too salty.

Seriously — if you’re not going here to get a chicken, bacon, and avocado flatbread wrap at least once a week then you’re majorly missing out. Not to mention that the staff is always super friendly and personable! I haven’t had anything besides the chicken-bacon-avocado but I need to try it. Definitely my go-to spot downtown when I need a quick lunch.

First couple times I went, loved the sandwiches. Savory, big portions, staff really cares about quality. Then, one day, I wanted JUST an order of breakfast potatoes. The lady kept raising her eyebrows and asking if that’s all I wanted. Opted to leave instead. Tried a few weeks later. Let’s give this another shot. Same sitch. So upon being asked 2nd or 3rd time, I said, sure. Just some salt and pepper. That’s all I want. So she makes them. They look really good. She starts dishing them into to go box. Asked a 4th time, don’t I want some cheese? I go, «No.» Then, «people do this all the time.» The owner starts yelling«do you want your money back? You’re rude.» «She was just trying to help!» I said, «She asked me 4 times! I already answered.» Also, if this guy thinks saying«People do this all the time» is rude, then he needs a reality check. I said I’d not be back and he started yelling stuff after me, dunno what. I do not care to be treated as first insane then evil and as if I was at a FREAKING deposition. I placed the to go container next to the cash register. Shame, cuz it looked pretty good. Oh well.

The worst, I found a large human nail in my scramble. When I told the owner he told me to «Go somewhere else then cha cha!» Speechless I left. Seriously awful, when I spoke to the public health department they told me they are in not a stranger to them. Gross out!

Not-So-Fresh Table is what I would call it. I ate this and after two bites of their Ceasar Wrap my appetite was instantly lost and I fell ill 20 – 30 min later. I was sick the entire day and vomited many times and the food just lingered in my system. My mom was in the medical industry and believes it was some form of food poisoning. I have contacted the CDC and Health Department and reported this to them. Please I beg of you do not let yourself, god forbid your children eat here. I am posting this because I care and don’t want you to suffer in agony the entire day after eating here. I will edit or add a new review after I hear back from the Health Department, I work at a five star restaurant in Bellevue and I can tell you off of watching them they are not in compliance with health code. I am scared to eat out for a while after this and will only trust restaurants where I personally know the employees. Please proceed with caution.

Service with a smile… at 7am. The man who works here works hard to give you a great meal and experience. And. he delivers. So socialable and also very kind. This is why I give this place a full five stars.(Wow!) I have always had such great food from here. I remember when this place opened up and was so shocked by the quality of their food. They’re not lying when they say that they dont have fake food. Their ingredients are fresh and the tastes have always been consistent. Good job on that!(And thank you) Big props for their flatbread breakfast sandwiches. And the greatest scramble in all existence. You will get some fresh fruit, fried potatos, your scramble and a nice warm toasted piece of flat bread. For some reason, I just cant find their flatbread anywhere! I used to go and just buy a couple pieces of flatbread to munch on. This is one of the best places around 3rd avenue. Skip out on that Mickey D’s and get some real food. Your stomach will thank you for sure!

This is a diamond in the rough that is the Columbia Center food court. Fresh Table serves the best salad rolls and best salad in the Southeast Asian genre of anywhere I’ve eaten in Seattle, fancy or not. Their tofu is particularly amazing. I believe they fry it to order with some sort of coconut flavor, so it’s always crunchy on the outside and spongy, juicy and flavorful on the inside. I used to go here all the time when I worked nearby and always got the Tofu Crunch Salad and sometimes the coconut tofu rolls. Reasons it doesn’t have more stars: It has a very long wait from the time you pay to when you get your food(at least 10 minutes) during the height of lunch hour because it’s popular and they cook everything to order. It’s also pretty expensive; I want to say my meal would usually cost at least $ 12 after tax and tip each time, maybe more. Neither would be an issue for a sit-down restaurant with food as good as Fresh Table but considering that many lunch spots nearby are cheaper and/or offer a delivery option, seemed a bit much.

First off — this place is inside of a food court. Knowing this will help you find it, and not wander aimlessly I like did. I kinda expected it to be a sit down café, but it’s not. You order at the counter and then they make your food and you pick it up. Which was totally fine, just couldn’t tell that from the reviews or their website. 2nd — It has really good food! I only had a flatbread egg sandwich with pepper jack cheese and turkey sausage, a large cup of fresh fruit and a large coffee and it was $ 10.07. The behind-the-counter staff were very friendly and they were quick to make my sandwich. The rest of the menu looked good, so overall i was very happy. I can only give it 4 stars though because I only had one thing, so it seems presumptuous to rate the whole experience with limited knowledge. But overall — very good.

My favorite breakfast place! Rene is the best, I love him! I come here almost every day for breakfast because he makes me the best egg sandwich ever! Today I went downtown on my day off just to get my fix! Shout out to Amalia, too!(And another cashier who I can’t remember her name cause I’m horrible but she’s great too!) Awesome food with even more awesome employees which is why I keep coming back every day, love this place!!!

If you’re looking for nutritious food downtown that’s quick and good, this is the spot. There are a couple of Fresh Table Cafes downtown, but this one is located in the Century Square building so its part of their«mall court» although its a very small court. I’ve had their thai chicken and coconut soup and its really good and filling. The salads are all awesome and the breakfasts are pretty big. I like that they offer everything in a pita wrap option because sometimes you can’t decide between salad or sandwich – this way you get the best of both worlds. The staff is always really nice, they don’t rush you like most downtown joints and will modify anything on the menu if you ask(I haven’t been told no yet!). The prices I think are competitive with other downtown restaurants so a breakfast/lunch will probably run you just under $ 10.
