From day one, the business has focused on building trusted advisor relationships with its clients to be able to offer a well-​rounded set of services and informed advice. Bert is an accomplished business executive and lawyer with extensive legal and business experience in the technology, media and professional service industries. Bert assists clients on a wide variety of business and legal matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning and advisory services, and also acts as outside general counsel for many of his clients.
