Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor is the second restaurant for Felix and Sarah Penn, their first, Pair, is located 3 blocks away.
Frank’s is named after Sarah’s grandfather, Frank Duffin, a working class hero to the guys who worked for him at the Boston Globe press room. Sarah was introduced to dining out by Frank and his wife, Kay, at the classic seafood and steak restaurants of Boston and Cape Cod. Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor is an contemporary homage to gracious American dining.
