Owner Paul Odom and Roaster Steve Smith have been roasting Fonte’s coffee for 17 years in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood.
This July, we opened the doors to our own Fonté Café & Wine Bar and located in the prime real estate of First Avenue & Union Street at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, (a long-time client), this newbie for foodies has merged Pacific Northwest philosophy of specialty coffees with European — specifically French and Italian — taste, flavor, and modern, minimalist décor. With ingredients acquired daily from Pike Place Market, our café is much more than specialty single origin coffees and international wines with our French General Manager, Will Tharreau and our Wine Director/Bar Manager Elijah Clark.
