Flip Flip, Ding Ding

«Flip, flip» and «Ding, ding.» Two phrases I am all too familiar with. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about entering the establishment, risking a surrender to the dark corner of my mind.
Flip was not just a loyal soldier, he was the best friend a man could ask for. The Athens, Georgia native and I met in Baghdad in 2004. It was a first tour for the both of us in the War on Iraq. For seven months we were inseparable, so you can understand how devastated I was when the day came that Flip would leave this giant blue marble we call home.
I remember standing over his body after the blast, his left arm was badly wounded, but it was the debris that did him in. I remember yelling, «FLIP! FLIP! DON’T LEAVE ME, YOU BASTARD!»
Anyway, I got over it and had fun at the arcade.

The only game in here that costs more than 50 cents per play is The Walking Dead which is a brand new game. Everything else in here are classics and must plays. My all time favorite machine is Tales of Arabian Nights, and they have that here. Along with Addams Family, Creature of the Black Lagoon, Twilight Zone and many others. The atmosphere is great and in a fun part of town that not many tourists no about.

Small, two story arcade with a good mix of old and new machines. The machines are in good shape. They sell beer.

This is a really neat little pinball arcade. Two people can have a lot of fun playing with $ 20 for a few hours! There are a few video games but the focus is on pinball and they even have a few old school pinball machines. Fun for all ages! They also sell beer and fun flavored soda. Two kinds of ginger ale too! Bring your teens and tweens and have some bonding time.

Stumbled upon this place by total accident. Glad we found this place. Had a blast playing with the pinball machines, even though im terrible at it.
8bit in downtown renton would be a better place for old school arcade games and pinball machines. Its bigger and more selections.
3 stars because of how small the place is, and the variety of arcade games, and parking could be a problem at night time. Otherwise, its a nice place to bypass time.

Yes — this place ROCKS. I am loving the barcade trend.
Two levels, mostly pin ball machines. They do have The Simpsons game (my favorite) as well as a really unique 3D game involving a helmet.
Why not 5 stars? Limited selection of beers and snacks (but they still have some). Also, I can see how this could get a little crowded but the crowd mostly respected those playing (didn’t bump them).
Of course they have a change machine as well.

«Flip Flip, Ding Ding» is exactly what you will hear as you enter! I love pinball places, but wished this place was more of an arcade. This place is pretty cool to get your pinball game up! As you walk in, there are a few tables to sit at, but not many in the entire place. Bar/​Snack bar area is directly in the back and they sell canned beers, sodas, snacks etc. No liquor.
As mentioned, mainly pinball games here, but there are a few arcade games, shooting games, and driving games. It is 2 levels, so dont forget to go upstairs to check it out. Machines takes quarters which is a plus so you dont have to hassle with tokens. They have a quarter machine too! Most of the games I played were only $.50 which is a good value, there are some $.25 games scattered about, but I cant recall which ones. Drink holders at each game so you dont spill your beer. Most of the games were operational with no malfunctions and we went on a Saturday night and it wasnt very busy. Good enough crowd where it isnt annoying.
Overall, I liked this place as it is a good location to a bunch of Georgetown eats, walkable to a lot of other places, not douchey, and the only place around this area to play some pinball.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but anywhere that wants me to stay all night needs liquor, I know that’s a seperate license, I’m not mad, plus next door has it (although if you get it, this will change to 5-​star)
They have an amazing pinball selection, but what really steals my heart is the huge selection of 90’s arcade game that support 2+ players, including seated racing games! (Although, Simpsons arcade is probably my favorite)
The staff there has always been awesome, a machine ate my money once and they were on it immediately, not only gave me back the 50 cents but set the machine for a free play as well. The beer and cider selection is OK, there is something for everyone.

The one fool that gave this place 1 star Also gave STARBUCKS, and a NAIL SALON… FIVE STARS… (almost all of their reviews are either 5 star or 1 star, so they have literally, no ability to critique, it’s either love or hate, terrible way to live life) not to mention I’ve been atleast 10 times and never smelled urine. I think the most «out of order» machines I’ve ever seen at once is 3, but they fix them all in house

I had no idea this place existed!
It’s a great way to have some good beers and do something different on a night out. I suck at pinball so I lost a ton of quarters but it still beats politely sitting at some bar on Pike Street staring quietly into a PBR.
And BOOM then they hit you with the chocolate popcorn. Yeah.
Don’t listen to bad reviews on here where the writer can’t spell. Red flag, yo.

This place was a disappointment. Most of the machines where out if oder and two more that where supposed to be working ate my money. The staircase smelt line cat pee, just a mess in general. 8 bit arcade is waaaay better!

Decent place to play pinball. The price is right, a quarter a play. They also have munchies and beer.

This little pinball place just opened. Friendly staff and 10 pinball machines. Beer will be available in a few weeks.
