Fetch is great! They are very quick and responsive when putting in a request for service. I am always very sad to leave my cat but I know she’s in good hands. I’ve had two different pet sitters (Paula and Brian). Both are very friendly and send me text/​email updates. I really appreciate the pictures, which reassure me she’s in good hands. I would definitely recommend Fetch.

I contacted them for my trip away during Thanksgiving. Marcia was very nice and gentle to my cat. She texted me several pictures of my cat while she was eating and playing. This was the first time I had to have a pet sitter come for checking, but Marcia did a great job to ease my nerves. I won’t hesitate contacting her again if I need more help in the future.

We have 3 very challenging JRTs (all rescues) and had been using the same caregiver for years while on vacations. Unfortunately, she moved away and we had to look for someone new to walk the dogs daily while I recovered from surgery. Fetch was immediately responsive to my situation and hooked me up with a walking companion for my team of dogs who was able to handle them so well that they began to look forward to her arrival each day! In comparison with other service providers, their prices were very reasonable also. I am a fan!

My regular dog walker was unexpectedly unavailable for the Christmas holidays when I was going to be out of town, and I spent several hours calling around trying to find a pet care service that wasn’t completely booked. I’m so thankful I got a hold of Fetch. Kali was able to fit me in, and my dog took right to her. My dog has some special medical needs, but Kali made me feel confident that she would be in good hands. Now every time I’m out of town, I know I can count on Kali to fill in, and I can spend my time away worry free.

We are very pleased with Fetch Pet services. Kali is amazing with our huge pack of dogs (five!) and it is NOT easy. We find her completely reliable, flexible, willing to pick up a last-​minute request and is just great all-​around with our dogs. They love her and that is obviously the most important thing to us.

We have been using Fetch! to care for our cat (s) for years and have always been happy with the service. Our current regular sitter Kali takes the time to exercise little Helga with her toys and give her cuddles. I especially love that she actually manages to get amazing «portraits» of my cat every day while I am gone — not just blurry motion shots that most people capture but soulful stares into the camera that just melts my heart. Kali and Joan (when she fills in) have been very thoughtful about other details that need to be addressed as well, like adding nutritional supplements to Helga’s food, watering plants, etc. They never seem to need reminding after the initial orientation. Helga is always happy and healthy when we return home. I highly recommend them!

Fetch! Has been great to work with. Moose loves his walks and park time with Kali and Joan. My unusual schedule causes changes and both of them have always replied promptly and worked out compromises/​solutions.

I just moved to Renton — and the Fetch Pet Care site says it covers my area. I have tried using the website to schedule, calling the phone number (twice) and have received absolutely no response. I am going to look elsewhere and would not recommend this service.

This review is a little unusual i’m sure… but I just spoke with Joan the General Manager for Fetch about an unusual circumstance that occurred today… and I was so taken back by her complete ownership and compassion for resolving my questions.
Not many business care about providing good customer service these days, but I am very pleased by the care and attention given to my needs by Joan during our conversation today. I was 100% completely satisfied and my questions were resolved with one quick phone call.
I think customers should rest assured that this is a great indication of how Fetch cares about their clients!

Fetch is fantastic! They are reliable, dependable and caring. We have a puppy and a 13 year geriatric dog. Our walker, Paula, is conscientious about taking care of them and their individual needs. She also has saved the day a couple of times when at the last moment something has come up and she has responded quickly.
She has also helped trained our puppy on sit, stay, come and no jump! We get notes about them when she walks them and even send us pictures.
I highly recommend them!

We’ve used Fetch! pet sitting services over the holidays the last few years, and are extremely happy with them! Their sitters are fantastic, will spend time cuddling and playing with your pets, and will leave you detailed notes on each visit (activities, eating, etc.). Ours even texted us some pictures and updates over the week we were gone. It made being away from the kitties much more bearable to know they were being so well cared for.

I just want to update my 5 starts to add to the other 5 starts…
Fetch continues to exceed all of my expectations for dog walkers/​sitters.
Our sitter, is kind, intelligent and cares and loves all of the dogs she walks and sits for. This is their passion, and it shows. This is about your dog getting the best care.
I live in Newcastle, but they cover Renton, Bellevue, eastside and Seattle.
You won’t be disappointed.
I don’t trust easily when it comes to my boy Dexter (who just turned 1) but I trust Fetch 100%.
My doggie is a better boy because of Fetch. Thank you Fetch.
The cost is more than reasonable… and fair

Fetch rocks my world. My walker, Jessi, is great with my shih tzu. She sees him on a daily basis during the work week and they get along great. She treats her doggie clients as if they were her own and she gives some helpful suggestions if they’re sick (and they work!) She has done one overnight pet sitting with my dog where he stayed with her, and he came back to me happy as a clam.
From a logistics stand point, the monthly bill is clear and straight forward — if you think there are any discrepancies in it, Joan will fix it immediately. Also, if a sitter is out for a day (or week), they’re very prompt in finding a back up so that your furry little family member isn’t left high and dry.

Horrible!
We tried to book them to watch our dogs at our home. We had the meet and greet which was fine, but it seemed the sitter had little experience with dogs the way she was handling them. When it came time for us to meet her and give her our keys, we called her three days in a row with no response. No response from text, or email either. We decided to cancel. If I can’t trust a dog sitter to get the keys from me the day we leave town, I certainly can’t trust them while out of town!
The communication with this company is not good! Not just the sitter, it seems that the owners/​managers are very unorganized as there was not a clear communication of total fees or how to pay until I asked and was laughed at when I asked if they were insured or bonded.
My dogs are my kids, and anyone in the petcare industry should know that people willing to pay several hundred dollars to have a pet sitter should know that the utmost attention and care should be paid to the entire service; especially to new customers that don’t have a strong trust established yet.

We have used other pet sitting businesses in the past but will not in the future. We heard about Fetch and the person who runs it «Joan». She and the walkers are very profeshional and compassionate. This isn’t a side business for them you can tell this is what they love to do. It helps that they are probably the most friendly people I have met since oving here.

We have a passionate but bossy cat and a graceful but squeamish cat. They don’t get along and it’s usually a hassle for us to tell pet care-​takers all the nuances about feeding and playing with the cats.
So when we came back from a long vacation, we were surprised to find that Misha from Fetch! took such good care of our cats that the squeamish one got bigger and more self-​assured! She even told us habits of our cats that we didn’t know about so that we could take better care of them. Now our family is even merrier than before we left. Thanks Misha!
