Fat’s opened on August 29th the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. We serve New Orleans southern cuisine.
Meet the Manager
Erika W.
Manager
I was born and raised in Seattle my father was a chef I grew up eating all kinds of southern food and a variety of other cuisines. I attended college in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and had a first hand experience of southern hospitality as well as the delicious food that come from the south. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 9 years before coming to run Fat’s. All things front of house I take pleasure in making sure each customers dining experience will be just as I would want.
