Fantastic Sams Hair Salons

Sadly, this Fantastic Sam’s is now closed (effective January 1, 2016). I finally found the perfect place for color and cuts, but when I went there today, there was a sign on the door — something about losing the lease. What a loss! I wish them well…

I am growing my hair for Locks of Love, though a Senior. I needed a cut/​trim, at least
2 inches off as the hair had not been cut for so long. I called other salons after finding
the gal who’d done my hair last was gone & found hair cuts were $ 50 & up. I put the
phone down & there sat a flyer from the mail for women’s hair cut for $ 13.95 at Fantastic Sams. What could I loose for a trim. I went on a Sat & learned that for Seniors hair cuts are only $ 14.95 any day. What a deal, But what a super surprise when I was given Lillie to cut my hair. She is the most gentle, caring, positive hair cutter I been to in my many years. However the best part was she gave me the time & attention it took to make my hair look great as it’s a bit past shoulder length. No doubt
I will return as the place was so clean & so bright & peaceful, unlike some I’ve been to.
Can’t imagine why others charge so much as this included a hair wash which I didn’t
expect at that price. Kudo’s to this Salon for making affordable hair cuts plus being so
friendly & clean. Would highly recommend anyone go there.

I have been going to the FS on 14^th for 10 years. Each time I get some one different, and each time they do exactly as I request. I was a hair designer 25 years ago, so I’m pretty picky and have high expectations. As long as they are in business, I won’t go anywhere else.

Possibly the worse haircut I’ve ever gotten. Not only was the cut uneven, the hair stylist started trimming my beard without even asking. He totally screwed up my mustache by taking a big chunk out above my lip. I look ridiculous now!
Needless to say I do not recommend this place!

My first time here was a delight. Very fast and efficient service. My hairstyalist Lillie was a pleasure. Big smile and made sure my haircut was to my liking. I will be back.
