Established in 2011.

In 2011 I started an eye clinic in South Seattle. In 2015 I moved it to Capitol Hill and rebranded it as EYE EYE.

I have been practicing optometry in the Seattle area since 2008. After working as an associate doctor at a dozen different eye care firms, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and created the best optical experience from the ground up. I value independent design, and I believe in treating each patient as an individual.

Scheduled an appointment based off the recommendation of a friend and had a wonderful experience. Nice one doc office in my neighborhood, low stress environment. Dr. Pentecost is very helpful, patient, and informative. I can tell he loves what he does and invests himself into it to give the most to his patients. Trust is easily built here. They also have some nice new technology i hadn’t seen before which was cool and informative. Dr. Pentecost also works closely with some lasik centers and is an excellent doc to see if you have questions about lasik surgery

My experience at EYE EYE has far surpassed any expectations. I just wanted to check out their cool frames one day and ended up switching all my eye needs to Dr. Will Pentecost. I have had the same eye doctor since high school but Will’s genuine interest in my eyes and top of the line technology, practice and frames helped make a smooth transition of care. He personalizes care and answers all questions (especially confusing insurance/​billing questions)! I am SO happy to have found EYE EYE and highly recommend you stop in and check them out! Shout out to Aimee for helping me find beautiful unique frames and even fixing my old ones that didn’t fit my head!

Dr. Pentecost (Will) wanted me to do a follow up on the fit of my contact lenses and for a further look into my eye health. He is extremely careful to make sure that your vision will be monitored both near and long term. He would be a great family caretaker. Dr. Pentecost is the type of eye care provider that cares about lasting health for your eyes and provides care with longevity. One of the best eye care providers on the Hill.

Dr. Will and his associate were both very knowledgeable and personable. They found the perfect glasses for me out of their cute selection. I also loved how bright and open they’ve made the space there. I’m definitely coming back soon for sunglasses.

I’ve always been suspicious of a practice when I walk in and there’s 20 staffers, leather couches, a salt water aquarium, 10 TVs in the waiting area, and a garden fountain filled with champagne. Big practices have to file you through like cattle in order to make enough money to pay for all this stuff so quality suffers. Dr Pentecost is the exact opposite. No being shuffled from room to room so they can get the next guy in ASAP and then when you finally get to see the doctor he says hi and then disappears like bat man into the shadows. Dr Pentecost starts the appointment with you, answers all your questions, gives you the exam, carries a conversation and treats you like a human being. His office is pretty small so if you’re extremely claustrophobic this might not work for you but if you want a quality, friendly eye exam then Dr Pentecost is your man.

Met with Dr. Pentecost two weeks ago at the Cap Hill clinic and was very much impressed. Most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had and didn’t even have to get my pupils dilated since they have all the latest and greatest in equipment/​instruments. I told him I’d been experiencing some dry-​eye with my current contacts and he gave me some samples of some that he thought would fit my needs. They turned out to be a great fit. I’ll be back…

Dr. Pentecost is awesome! I usually go to Eyes on Fremont for frames and check-​ups, but this is my new go-​to place. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the doctor is clearly very knowledgeable about vision. There was also an excellent selection of unique frames.
