Boxing/Kickboxing Small Group Training
A 60 minute, small group (up to 6 participants) training class lead by a Mixed Martial Arts champion. Whether you are an unconditioned, new exerciser trying to build the habit of exercise, or a seasoned athlete this class is exactly right for you.
Classes Tues/Thurs at 6PM and Saturday 9AM
Abs/Cardio ClassThis class is an early morning ab and cardio workout. The first 20 minutes participants will be motivated and inspired by personal trainers to train and tone their midsection. Your tummy toning workout is followed by interval training to rev up your metabolism and leave you feeling great all day! Class held Monday, Wednesday Friday at 6:30AM and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 7AM

Evolutionary Conditioning is the product of hard work, commitment, and determination of the owner and Master Trainer, John Daigneault. Evolutionary Conditioning is a private, personable, and comfortable workout and personal training studio located in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle. Members come to workout, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals in a comfortable environment that feels like home. Members are encouraged, inspired, and empowered to take their bodies, minds, and spirits to the next level.

Business Owner
John Daigneault is the founder and owner of Evolutionary Conditioning. He was inspired to create a fitness center where clients feel motivated and inspired clients to reach their fitness goals in a place that feels like their home. When clients walk into Evolutionary Conditioning it is not unusual to hear high energy, pumpin work out music and members are encouraged to put in their musical request. As a Personal Trainer, John aspires to put «personal» back into personal training.
John is an International Sports Science Education (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and he holds an additional Personal Training Certificate from the National Personal Trainers Association. John prides himself on giving focused attention to his clients. He not only gives 100% of his attention to his client’s movement and form while training; he also effectively uses his superior interpersonal skills to find out what motivates his clients to meet their goals.
