A big Thank You to Enrico and the team at Homestreet! Enrico recently helped me with a refi and the process from start to finish was easy and stress-​free (yes, seriously!). His knowledge and experience were apparent as he explained in detail the different options available to me. I recently purchased a home in Shoreline, WA. During my loan shopping phase Enrico was one of a handful of people I met with. Right away I could tell he was a «straight shooter» and upfront about the specifics of the loans that HomeStreet offered. I felt confident about choosing him and HomeStreet.
After our initial in-​person meeting we corresponded exclusively over email because that was easiest for me. He was super responsive whenever I had questions and was always glad to «run the numbers» on particular properties I was interested in. He always got back to me quickly during the daytime, and always the next morning if it was after business hours.
When I finally was ready to make an offer Enrico worked closely with my agent and even called the owners on my behalf as they were reviewing offers. In a competitive offer situation like mine, every little bit counts. He reassured them that I had solid financing so they could feel confident in choosing my offer.
During closing, the most important thing to me was that there were no surprises in the numbers! The informal estimates as well as the GFE that Enrico sent me were all extremely accurate. No surprise fees or weirdness at the end. Everything matched up perfectly, and the process could not have gone smoother!

Enrico has done two loans for us now — our original new home loan and a refinance when rates dropped. I guess the fact that we went back to him says enough but I feel compelled to add more.
