Emery Reddy was founded on the philosophy of providing excellent and accessible legal services at affordable rates. Our founding partners had a vision that providing the best possible legal services at a downtown location shouldn’t have to come at the cost of our clients’ bank accounts. While this group claims free consults and guidance with L and I issues, I was directed to an office assistant who asked only a few questions over the phone. She called later ‘after speaking with an attorney’ saying they couldn’t help with my simple case. Stay clear of this bunch.

We got rear-ended while stopped. The settlement didn’t cover all the expenses and our health care provider took 60% of his fees.
As per what seems to be the standard, the underling attorney appointed to us went someplace else a couple months before everything was finalized.
What I should have done was have a radar controlled rocket launcher installed on the back of the car to blow up the other guy’s car before it hit us.
