Emerald Stays is an upcoming vacation rental business, based out of Seattle. We strive to provide modern, comfortable and affordable short-​term stays for our guests around Downtown Seattle. Most of all, we want you to feel at home.

All of our properties are located in premium, modern communities that offer amenities like secure access, 24-​hour fitness centers, resident’s lounge and rooftop deck with gorgeous views. Also, with the central location of these communities, you will be within walking distance to major local attractions & events, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Each of our apartments comes fitted with modern stainless-​steel appliances, granite countertops, washer & dryer. We then furnish the apartments with everything to make your stay comfortable and hassle-​free.

Whether you are on vacation, need extra room for guests or are looking for interim housing due to a move or remodel, we at Emerald Stays would love the opportunity to host you!

History

Established in 2013.

We started our business with just one vacation rental in March 2013. We started it because we loved Seattle and wanted to share the city with the visitors.

By the end of our first month, we received more inquiries than our one property could handle. So we expanded! By August 2013 we had grown to managing 5 properties.
