Chad was the easiest person I’ve ever worked with for event planning. Seriously, the dude is great. My company rented one of his booths last year for our employee appreciation party. We made him fill out all kinds of corporate forms, he said no problem. He coordinated directly with the venue for where to set up and how to get the booth inside. He took care of everything. Pricing for what you receive is a great deal.

Emerald City Photobooths were absolutely amazing! Getting in contact with Chad was super easy and he explained all of the packages, pricing, and everything very well. I was sold pretty quick cause I could tell they really knew what they were doing. A week prior to the wedding he confirmed everything too which was greatly appreciative. The day of the wedding seeing the set up was amazing! Worth every penny. All of my guests had a blast and got to walk away with a photo to keep, or 20 haha. Plus we got an extra copy for our guests to put in our guestbook. I never had to worry about anything. Chad and his coworkers are extremely professional, kind, and know what they’re doing. Don’t look elsewhere for a photobooth. The red backdrop in my opinion is the best! So glad we choose them! Kyle & Stephanie

We worked with Emerald City Photo Booth to have them on site for our wedding. They had some great packages to choose from, and I ordered the photo package that also came with video snippets. It was really fun to get to see videos from the photo booth too!
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a photo booth vendor!

Chad was so helpful through every step of planning with the photo booth. He was so patient with my questions and my requests to tweak different things for our pictures. He showed up early so he wouldn’t be setting up while our guests were there and was so great during the time the booth was going. The photo booth was a total hit and I love that we have the scrapbook he and our guests made as a keepsake.

Chad and his crew are very responsive and were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating to our needing to go an extra hour at our party. And the photo booth was a huge hit! Love the complementary costume items they bring. All in all, a great experience! Will definitely be using them again.

Chad runs an absolutely top notch photo booth! We hired Chad/​Emerald City Photo Booth for our company picnic last month when we decided we didn’t want to hire a photographer to take photos of the event. Instead, we wanted to provide a way for our employees to have fun and have a keepsake memento of the event. Chad did an amazing job at ensuring we had all the information we needed, customized the prints with our own logo, and did a stand up job at the event itself. Everyone had great things to say about Chad and the quality of the photos and prints that came from him. On top of everything, Chad absolutely has the best rates around and I would hands down recommend and utilize Chad’s services again!

In desperate need of a photo booth for a company event I called every photo booth in the Seattle area listed on Unilocal.Chad was the first and only one that answered the phone and didn’t send me to voice mail. I am certainly glad he did. Chad was able to offer us a VERY competitive middle of the day/​middle of the week price for our event.
Chad was personable and very accommodating. Even after his contracted time and the event had ended and he was packing up, some of our attendees approached him for photos. He cheerfully plugged his booth back in and they were able to get their photo taken.
He provided us with a thumb drive of all of the photos taken at the end of the event. Unfortunately, I washed the thumb drive. A quick email to Chad and he provided me with a DropBox link and offered to drop another thumb drive by my office.
Our folks enjoyed the props he provided and the option to have a physical photo memory of the event. Amazing customer service. I couldn’t recommend Emerald City Photo Booth highly enough.

Best Possible Photo Booth!
Emerald City was a pleasure to work with, Chad answered all emails promptly and the service was amazing. We changed time twice (just by an hour) during the final week and he rolled with us each time! The attendant was wonderful with the children who enjoyed the booth a lot. All of the guests had a great time and the photo quality was great.

Our guests LOVED this photo booth! The photo booth itself was one of the best I’ve ever used: printing and cutting double strips and giving guests a choice between black and white or color prints. Chad of Emerald City Photo Booth was a quick and courteous communicator, friendly, professional and positive. I loved the fact that we could use our own customized logo to personalize the photo strips. The booth kept our wedding guests entertained and the props provided made it even more fun. I would choose this vendor again a million times over. If you’re looking for a photo booth in Washington state, your search is over! :-)

Chad was amazing to work with. He answers emails and responds to phone calls in a very timely manner. We used the photobooth for our photo guest book. Our guests loved the photobooth. From what I heard there was always someone using the photobooth (if not a line with 2 – 3 people) waiting to use the booth, we had about 200 at our event. It was a huge hit. The props are fantastic. Chad arrived on time for set up at our wedding, also provided a usb stick with photos on it.

We worked with Emerald City Photo Booth for our wedding on May 11 at Laurel Creek Manor and we weren’t disappointed! The photo booth was one of the biggest hits at our wedding and the photo strip scrapbook was definitely one of our favorite takeaways! Chad and the photo booth assistant were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Chad even went above and beyond by working with us to get props that fit our theme!

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish with Emerald City Photo Booth. The owner, Chad, was incredibly nice and easy to work with. He and his assistant worked the photo booth at our son’s bar mitzvah. It was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Chad was reliable, friendly and responsive. Photo booths are a great hit at weddings, and it’s hard to distinguish between the different options. What set Emerald City Photo Booth apart from the others was service!
We were a bit rushed in our planning, having wavered back and forth between eloping and having a ceremony. When we decided to have a ceremony and party afterwards, we were in a time crunch with EVERYTHING. Chad was easy to communicate with beforehand, and asked just a few key questions before getting our agreement together. We have a small venue, with little space? No problem. We have a booth that will fit. Logos? Props? B&W? Color? No problem. We’re set! Very refreshing when you are a harried bride.
On our wedding day we pointed them to the area we wanted to set up, and they took over from there. I was worried about having an attendant and props, thinking they might be some sort of circus barker, pushing people towards the booth, but the absolute opposite happened… our attendant was so accommodating! She stepped in to offer suggestions at exactly the right time, and stepped back at exactly the right time. Again, this was so wonderful when your bandwith is being exceeded by the minute.
Everyone raved about the photo booth. Their customer service was excellent. Our dealings were relaxed and easy. Their rates were quite reasonable. What more could you ask for?
